    Got this card reader because I keep forgetting to dump my photos to clear up my sd cards. Definitely going to be getting the one for the ipad here pretty soon as well.

    I brought this product thinking that I could view the photos from my SD Card. But this is not for that. When SD card is put into this cable and plugged into the iphone or ipad, the photos cannot be viewed in full screen. These need to be imported before you can view the full photo. This is not a SMART cable. If you would like to view photos from SD card without actually copying photos to your iphone or ipad then go for a product which allows to view photos without importing.
