Great idea, if it only worked

Says there are no photos on cards. I went back, explained the problem, was told to exchange it, I did, 2nd one did the same thing. Went back to Best Buy, explained the problem, was told to return it and then was told to buy a $100 adapter. Very disappointed and displeased with the purchase AND customer service.
