Can not use it on phone or tablet

Searched for answers on the web but only find those with the same problem and no resolved solutions.

Didn't work!

I was trying to transfer pictures from my camera to my iPad. Best Buy couldn't get it to work either and they returned it with no problem.

Doesn’t work with iPad Pro

Makes iPhone Xs crash.
