Wi-Fi workaround

I had purchased a new IPad and did not own any other Apple products. I wanted to make videos using IMovie but could not transfer my pictures or videos to the IPad. This card reader was a lifesaver! I was able to transfer both videos and picture files. The video files from my camcorder needed to be renamed so they could be transferred but that was the only trouble I ran into. Excellent purchase.
