Upgrade to a prior Mac Mini (2012), wasn't to sure at first about upgrading, it has equaled the speed of my prior one but has also added a few capabilities that the older model just couldn't handle. I did add a dock to this one as it did remove the card reader which was a feature I didn't like giving up. The mouse and keyboard from the prior connected seamlessly to this model as did my printers. One downside is the lack of upgrade options that the new design has implemented, but overall very pleased with the speed the M2 pro offers.

I was a little hesitant to upgrade from my previous 2018 mac mini, but the migration assistant enabled an easy transtition with very few challenges. As expected, I made sure to have my passwords for my accounts, including apple cloud, emails, and my applications. This mac mini’s performance and ease of startup continues to meet my needs and expectation. It would be nice to be able to upgrade the ram, but that is not a serviceable option.

Works great. We needed bigger memory and speed so we purchased the 512BBG SSD and it works like a charm.

Who needs it: people who want the power in processing of a desktop, whose applications don’t require a Mac Studio. Runs smoothly. 3 monitor capable extension. Great wifi and graphics card.

Fast and compact. A good value for the price and just in time my MacBook was on its last legs.

This is quite the departure for Apple- screen is sold separately and can be almost any brand. I have an Apple exterior hard drive I used as a backup and this is about the same size. Love the small foot print. It is just as powerful as the larger original models with integrated screens

This was purchased as an upgrade from a 2017 iMac. The difference in performance is amazing, from booting to applications and games. I’ve paired this with the Samsung M80c 32” monitor; the only issue I have is the HDR causes some of the UI elements to look a bit washed out. Worth the cost and effort!

I am a true 'Mac Guy' and have used them for many years. I also do a lot of iOS programming. My previous computer, an iMac just up and quit one day. So, looking around I found what I wanted at Best Buy and it has proven very nice since I have installed and configured it for my needs. It was a good buy.

The new Mac mini is super fast and compact. No need for a bulky cpu.

Wow, this is a great computer. No, it’s not the most affordable Apple computer but I tend to go overboard in getting a few more bells and whistles when I get a new computer. This is so easy to use migrating my files over from my Win11 machine and it comes with built-in apps I’d have to spend extra for in the Windows world.

I am a 2D animator and illustrator by trade and bought this as a backup computer for work. It does the job in a pinch without many issues. I wouldn't want to use it as my primarily work computer, but it's no slouch. I primarily use it for writing and recording music. It's perfect for that! Plenty of ports, dead silent, and can be tucked away behind the monitor.
