    The device had defected that prevented access to the Internet via WiFi using WPA-3. Spent hours troubleshooting with my ISP until we exhausted all troubleshooting and isolated the issue to the Mac Mini

    This computer was a real nightmare and a waste of time and money. For an M2 Mac it did not perform well at all in Logic Pro X. My plugins did not work with the Ventura operating system and maaaan was the processor SLOW as molasses while attempting to run basic operations. I've never seen a computer struggle so much to do simple things AND IT HAS 10 CORES IN IT!!!!! WHAT???? I took that piece of crap back and will NEVER buy another Mac Mini M1, M2, ANYTHING again.

    I didm't realize I would need to parchase a camera as well as a sound bar. I ended up returning it and getting an iMac desktop.

    Bought open box “excellent condition” and the Mac mini m2 pro was iCloud locked. Best Buy referred me to Apple and Apple advised that it could not be unlocked and to immediately return to Best Buy.
