    Apple support was excellent. The computer data I was transferring had been corrupted, and my internet connection was slow, but Apple spent, literally, hours walking me through the successful transfer.

    Upgraded from an i7 iMac and its well worth it. We run live video through it and it cut the CPU usage in half. Now we are able to stream higher quality video. The only thing to watch out for… If you are upgrading from an intel mac to a M1/M2, be prepared for adaptors and other things to not work. Our thunderbolt adaptors all stopped working and had to get new ones.
