I love this computer! It is very sleek and light. The computer keys are like velvet and the best part is that the sound is incredible. I think this is a great computer for anyone on the go.

I love this computer. I was using the 11 inch air and this is a whole lot better. Super fast and small. One thing I don't like is that it only has the charge port and if you want to use USB it is a $30 accessory.

Coming from a laptop that was over 6 years old and could barely hold a charge, this laptop was a much needed upgrade. Light weight makes it easy to bring around. Display is beautiful and speakers are excellent.

I cannot believe how small and light this is. It is dreamy and it is Mac which I love. The display is small but gorgeous and the thing weighs nothing. It is my dream computer.

Love the size and weight of the Macbook. Easy to carry in my bag and yet capable of knocking out long emails on full keyboard!

I switched from a razer blaze 14" laptop to this MacBook and haven't looked back since. While both are portable, this MacBook paired with its Retina display is a dream to anyone who watches movies and is constantly on the go. If you're looking for the last little shove over the fence to purchase it, consider it done.

I was a little unsure of my purchase at first, but this turned out to be a great little computer and perfect for my needs. It is easy to travel with, works fast, and can even run my games with no issue.

I am not disappointed - like the name states. That was for another review and I didn't know it would keep the same nickname. I love this laptop. I have two macbook pros and this is so light and fast. The only issue is having to have all new adapters.

Absolutely love this macbook. Bought to replace iPad, does that and much more. Perfect size, battery life lives up to advertisement. Adapters have worked as advertised making lack of ports a non issue.

My school and personal needs do not require a lot of CPU power, so the cpu power in the MacBook 12" 1.1GHZ cpu is plenty for me. I do edit Go Pro videos so that takes a while but it took as long on my MacBook Air 11.6". If you want the lightest Mac, then this is a must buy. If you want more horsepower, then go with the MacBook Pro.

The first thing that drew me to the MacBook was the gold color. After doing some research I knew it would be the right fit for me. It's lightweight, has amazing display, fast processor and excellent battery life. I love that I can take it anywhere without it being so bulky. I mainly use it for school and leisure.

I bought this as a gift for my wife... she wanted something lite and simple to use. The design and materials used are top notch. The screen is clear and vivid... much better than a macbook air. The only drawback is the single port used for charging AND connecting anything else. It was a sacrifice for Apple to make everything fit inside such a small body. Overall an awesome Mac!

Unless you are a power-user who often does photo and video-editing, this Macbook should be great for your needs. It is very portable and powerful enough for daily tasks such as web-browsing and email.

This works great for me. It is light, portable and gets the job done. Just be aware you'll need the USB-C cable attachment to connect to your normal USB, HDMI, etc. In my opinion, buy the attachment that allows you to continue charging your computer while your attachment is in there.

This MacBook is great; extremely lightweight and long battery life, making it great for travel. One small drawback is that you will need to purchase an additional USB-C to USB adapter and probably extra external strorage. I purchased the space gray model and really like it. Additionally, Apple Care is Fantastic!

After much thought I bought this laptop instead of a new IPAD. The flexibility of the USB port, the Keyboard already built in, smaller form factor than the IPAD and and the small price differential over the IPAD was the decision maker.

The salesperson clearly pointed out the lack of standard USB ports, but that is actually alright. I am a big cloud computer, so I don't quite use a lot of USB devices. FAST and compact! The size of a Chromebook, the powerhouse of a Mac!

I must say, I did have some doubt before buying this new 12" MACBOOK RETINA model. I was sure it would not be fast enough, but I wanted to try it. I was sure I'd be seeing a lot of the "Beachball." However, after several weeks now, I can say that I am more than satisfied. I am actually excited about the performance of APPLE's new MACBOOK. So far there is nothing that I have attempted to do, even with several applications open, that this fun and hi-tech looking laptop couldn't do and do well. I love it and although I have had a history of changing from one laptop to another, this MACBOOK is not going anywhere for a while. Plus the screen will spoil you. It's beautiful.

As this being my first Macbook of any kind i was a little skeptical i wouldn't like the system but it is amazing all around. i love it! super light weight and i really like the size. comes in handy since i take it to school everyday
