I know it will work like it should. I also have a nice Windows laptop (dell precision m6800) but absolutely love this MacBook.

light weight, portable, and great for people in school

This is my first MacBook and I am really glad for making this decision. It's sleek, light weight and has a brilliant display.

I purchased the rose gold macbook and with the help of a lovely staff member walked away with the best purchase I've made all year. The Macbook was on sale due to discontinuation of the product and I'm so glad I've got it! Its light, portable, easy to use and... sexy. One thing though - its very prone to scratches so buy a case!

Great if you're on the go a lot. I take it to meetings, any remote work I'm doing. Fits in small bags (it's barely bigger than an iPad). I still have a 15" macbook pro as main computer, but this way I don't have to lug it around with me. Only complaint is the USB C connector, I can't use my dozens of chargers and need a big fat dongle to connect to second display screens, non-networked printers, etc.

As a student, perfect computer. Even like USB-C. Some people have complaints about the keyboard but I think it's just fine.

I needed a lightweight laptop for lightroom editing while I'm in the field taking photographs. I was pleasantly surprise by how well this laptop performed. So, don't let the numbers fool you. This laptop is a performer. and the screen is absolutely perfect.

Does everything exceptional well. The display screen is beautiful. Also, using bootcamp runs Windows. Best of both worlds.

I wouldn't expect anything less from an Apple product. Best Buy service was great.

This is the third MacBook Air that I have purchased. All have been great laptops and Best Buy employees were very helpful.

This laptop is a great portable machine but it isn't perfect. I already knew everything about it before my purchase but the 1 USB-C port is frustrating. I actually downgraded from a Retina MacBook Pro and didn't realize how convenient the additional ports were until I didn't have them. Be prepared to learn the new keyboard travel and buy some adapters and dongles to carry with you. Definitely not a powerful machine but it gets most task done without a problem. Next gen should be a better buy.

bought this for my son for Christmas and he really likes it. I had already purchased one for myself a few months earlier.

I am new to MacBook, although love my Apple mobile devices. My MacBook makes computer work much more concise and simple, once I learned the way each action and system was set up to coincide with other systems on my Mac. Plus the portability of my Mac is a huge advantage. Very happy I made the change from Windows computer.

It is Light wt. fast, love the color and the size.

My last Apple computer still works, 9 years old and still works. The fan is a little loud. Apple products are the best.

I was skeptical at first that I would really need another laptop as I do love my older model Macbook Pro, but this Macbook's combination of power and EXTREME portability is awesome. I am able to work remotely and bring the computer with me to places that I wouldn't have wanted to lug around other bulkier computers.

This mac is amazing! Love the upgrade with the 8 GB.

This is a great computer for people that needs to carry the computer everyday.
