Great! It is just like my old one only a little fancier.

Only problem is battery is not as powerful as MacBook air--

I wanted to upgrade from a PC to a Mac and I decided to go with this one. Thus far it's been pretty good although it tends to get hot very fast. A downside to this Mac is also the availability of cases and other accessories which are very limited to this design.

If you are looking for a portable, lightweight, nice apple laptop this is a very good alternative. Is smaller that the air and very fast. My only complain is to have only the usb-c connector that you have to use another apple connector, an almost $80 one,. If you try to connect more than one usb device with an extender device, unless it's a powered one, it will not work. So I really don't understand the logic here. Why to charge 80 dollars for a connector that then needs only a powered extender (more cables and chargers) because otherwise it will not work?! What is this apple connector does really for its $80 cost?! What I did, is buy a cheap connector that does both charge and allows to connect 2 more usb from China for $5. So my suggestion to Apple, if the intention is to show that most of the appliances are supposed to use Bluetooth with this computer, explain how you connect your iPhone to backup it in iTunes and also have a timesmachine backup disk connected to the laptop at the same time. Add one more usb-c to regular usb connector until your software (iTunes for example) works buethooth. Besides that, all is good until now.

If you, like me, need the most portable Mac ever to take on short trips, just buy this one and save yourself some time. It runs Mac OS X, so you have access to everything an iPad Pro can't do. The Core M processor is pretty decent, but forget about opening dozens of tabs and apps at the same time like you can do on a MacBook Pro.

So far she's very pleased with it! It meets the needs that she wanted it for and has learned to really like the "pages" on Mac.

I love the size of the computer but that is where the love ends. Not enough adapters for a one port system. Couldn't find away to have dual monitors and nobody has made a docking station to help with this. So it's not ready to be a main stream business laptop.

I am a photographer who was tired of taking my MacBook Pro around every where with me, when I heard about the New MacBooks I had to have one, this is the perfect size to take anywhere to edit photos.
