I look through a lot of website and even went to the Apple Store to try it out. I really like this laptop for my work and the Best Buy price made it easy to decide.

MY SON WAS VERY CONTENT WITH HIS FIRST MAC, IT WAS A GIFT FOR HIS 19TH BIRTHDAY. AND HE IS REALLY ENJOYING IT AT TEXAS A & M UNIVERSITY IN COLLEGE STATION TEXAS!

Brought this use in college and it is a great computer. I couldn't ask for more and really happy with my purchase.

I am moving from Windows to Macbook and have always been reluctant about it. I am glad I switched. Its amazingly sleek,fast and smooth. None of the windows laptop compare to this. Now for the review: 1. Solid feel metal shell is high class. 2. Amazing display and perfect screen size. 3.The best part are the the keyboard (stable and accurate) and the track pad (so many features in one well designed trackpad). Thumbs up! 4. The USB type C port does not make any difference in how we have traditionally used laptops. I just got a $8 coin sized usb-c to usb 3.0 converter and do not need anything else on a regular day. 5. I would have loved the white glowing apple logo behind the screen though. 6. It is very fast for what we commonly use laptop for dissipates absolutely no heat. Worth every penny guys. Recommended, even for the non apple guys. Thanks!

Love it. Would want it to come with accessories/software maybe Microsoft office?

Bought this computer for my daughter. She does a lot of video making and playing games on the computer and this should be a great computer for that purpose.

This is the best ultra portable laptop on market in terms of quality and portability. Best Buy has the best pricing with Apple product when it is on sale.

Very beautiful, but at a cost, you will find your fingerprint on the edges of the screen, because the edge is too narrow. Highly energy efficient.

I purchased this with mobility in mind, I am not a gamer or photo editor or anything, I just wanted a small mobile laptop that was reliable. I have been using this for about 8 months, and it still works just as good as the day I bought it.

Great system but 256GB is just a tight squeeze for what we use the system for. Could use Apple iTunes Match and iCloud for photos but we just aren't ready. Replaced with the 512GB model.

This computer by far has helped a bunch and especially is useful and compact. Totally worth it.

This is the perfect laptop for a college student. Not too heavy but large enough screen to get decent work done. Have had no issues.

I take this laptop everywhere and use it in all situations. Like most reviews you can't do heavy video editing but light editing is fine.
