I got the best deal for this little MacBook. I visited the store at got it for $759 as an open-box item. I am upgrading from a 2011 MacBook Pro, and although if may feel like a downgrade, I really like this MacBook. My other one was getting old, and I didn't want to spend above $1800 for another Pro so I went for this and I am content. Get one!

I have used Windows my whole life and I am so happy to have switched. The computer is incredibly light to throw into my purse and is without all the annoying updates of my Windows. I can easily connect with my VPN so I can still do work from home without issue. I love how it connects with my iPhone and iPad as well. Great deal from Best Buy!

Best computer I could have bought for the $949, including a pre-Christmas sale and the $50 student discount. Absolutely love it!

The laptop is think and lightweight. The only down side to it is it doesn't have USB ports.

Perfect size for what I wanted. I needed a notebook that would fit in my backpack with ease along with several books and MacBook is perfect and the force touch pad is better than expected. Would buy again.

I've had multiple Apple products ranging from iPods to iMacs... I wanted to like this but the CoreM (1st Gen) just wasn't powerful enough for my daily needs... I would be multi tasking using Word/Excel/iTunes and Safari and it would freeze up 4-10 second lags... it's not annoying at first, but over the days I had it, it became an annoyance! I ended up returning it and exchanging it for something more powerful... Like I said, if you have basic day to day tasks and don't need to multi task, then this laptop is for you, if you work on office documents, play music and use Safari all that the same time, this is not the machine for you... Get something with a faster/stronger processor... MacBook Pro or MacBook Air...

I thought that I would have a problem with only having one port, but it's less of a hassle than I thought.

Lightweight, thin, fast. Battery doesn't quite last as long as advertised when watching videos.

I was on totally stoked about this laptop for about the first 2 months and after using it for the long i can say that the battery life sucks. I have literally done everything to make it last as long as it can and instead of the 9-10 I'm supposed to get, i get 4-5.

I love my new MacBook so much! My only regret is not getting one sooner
