I have always had Windows laptops previous to this one. I really like my MacBook. The fact that it syncs with all my other IOS devices has proven to be very convenient.

Super light weight. You can carry in most books bags and not even notice it's there. Battery life is great as well.

Awesome, of course. It's a Mac. Having said that, however, I have to be careful not to keep too many windows open due to consumption. Safari and Chrome, in particular, seem to grab memory and not release it. I use Dreamweaver and Photoshop, and along with a browser, it can be too much even w/ 8gb of memory. I use CleanApp to keep memory freed up.

Great laptop. Wish it had more ports so I didn't have to pay 75 dollars to hook up my printer.

If you like small and compact then you will love this computer but it's a little too small for me and the new keyboard, I'm not a fan

Only having a C port is tough. Needing an adapter for everything is not convenient.

The Retina display is amazing! Came from the MacBook Air and my eyes felt like I was seeing a new world!! Couldn't believe the difference after all of that use loving the Air. The system is much faster and I'm happy to haven chosen this one.

I am very happy with my MacBook. It is so light, portable and easy to use. I use it for study and teaching (Pages and KeyNote). It works well with an epson projector.

Very pleased with my purchase and so is my wife. This was a 5 year wedding anniversary present for her to go back and get her second master degree. It functions very well and would definitely recommend to friends.

I like my MacBook very much I just wish it had a USB port.

It is a great laptop but the lack of ports is a bummer.

A very compact laptop for school and awesome battery life

This was a great computer for about two years. All of a sudden, the battery began losing its charge dramatically. After a couple of days, it wouldn't work without being plugged in. Based on what I read on the apple support page, the battery needed to be serviced. I took it into the apple store and they charge $200 to replace the battery. I asked the technician, isn't it unusual for a battery to completely stop working after merely two years. His response was that most computers and phones would need a battery replacement after two years. So I asked him if this is going to happen again in two years time, and he replied that its a very real possibility. Very disappointed and will never buy a computer without an easily replaceable battery ever again. Also, the screen had a pixel issue just about after the warranty period ran out.

It is my first time using MacBook , it was confusing at first. But after I learned how to use it, I love it. The quality is awesome, especially the touchpad. It is high quality, with the price.

It’s Apple ! This MacBook Air is amazing, bought for my niece for her college and she still using it with no problem. Dependable !!

This was a gift for my daughter's graduation. I debated on purchasing a PC vs. Apple, but I chosed Apple even though cost was 3 times more. My final decision was based on Apple's ongoing support of their product & out lasting PC in the long run. I just wish Apple would offer touch screen option.

I really like all my apple products this is my 3rd computer and we also have a half dozen iPads iPods and iPhones . Thank you apple and Best Buy for great products and service

We experienced great difficulty converting our microsoft contacts to apple. your geek squad was as helpful as possible, but i understand they were restricted by your rules?

If you need a mobile system, or just something to sit on the couch with, this is perfect.

I love this machine. It has a great display screen with the retina, sleek and slim and just amazing to hold and use. It could definitely use a speedier processor, hopefully in the next generation it will have it. No fan, so this thing runs as quiet as a mouse.
