Flash storage on motherboard failed and cost to repair was more than the MacBook is worth. Stay away from flash storage (not the same as a flash drive) and buy a better PC for much less.

The camera on this mac book sucks and I have returned it twice. I would never buy another mac book again, sad when my iPhone 7 has a better camera.

I have owned many Mac books and this one is the best performance wise but Im not sure about the new charging port and not too happy I had to buy a USB adaptor for an extra $75. But, from a size, speed, overall performance standpoint , it is fantastic

I was very nervous about purchasing this because of the price, but once it came in I was very excited! I am an online college student and this is a great portable laptop for doing college work. I do wish there was an actual USB port like the MackBook air. But I do love the Rose Gold Color!

Pros - Great lightweight laptop. Offers good portability. Retina display allows for great details in photos. Battery life offers all day use. Cons - You will need a usb hub but most are available online rather cheaply. Best Buy also has the laptop specs listed incorrectly. The laptop I purchased was 1.2 Ghz but I was given the 1.1 Ghz laptop.

horrible laptop - dont buy!! broke after two weeks of use

The laptop works fine now that I know how to work it. no time for photos.

this is my first time using MacBook. read through lots of review between PRO vs MacBook but decide to go 12" screen. pro: simple, light, easy to carry con: only 1 cable,,,,, and price high.

Great laptop, always purchase apple products for ease of use and durability.

This is a wonderful computer, that is powerful, and works really well. It's lines are very clean and very nice. screen is gorgeous and portability is amazing!

Before purchasing this laptop I was apprehensive of the slower processor speeds and smaller screen than I am used to. I have to say that this laptop has exceeded all of my expectations. I have not noticed an issue with speed at all. I am a software engineer and this laptop can even handle complex database and software development builds. The only downside is having only one USB-C port and not being able to charge and connect another USB device at the same time, although you can get the USB hub from Apple which gives you an extra port.

I received this laptop as a gift and it's simply amazing, super lite, battery lasts a long time and it's really fast.

I purchased the Apple Macbook 12'' in Space Gray yesterday after trading in my old Macbook Air. This Macbook is gorgeous, super fast, and so light and compact. I travel a lot and this will be a breeze to carry and remove for TSA. The sound quality is awesome, I was listening to music from the Macbook and I could hear it from another room. The sound is nice and crisp. Buy it you won't regret it! Thanks Jordan from the Wesley Chapel, FL store for all your help!

This is the perfect size for me. You will be amazed by the incredible lightness of this MacBook. It's very handy and easy to carry around. Especially for school. I will recommend it.

Very happy with everything about this laptop. Gorgeous color, cool features, lightweight, great battery. The keyboard may take some getting used to since it's so different from other keyboards I've used, but I really don't have any complaints. I did my research before I bought it so I knew what to expect.

This little laptop is very versatile. We are very happy with it. The only drawback is only one usb c port but as technology evolves more and more devices or storage will be accessible remotely or via bluetooh which is apples main point. Overall the design is amazing and retina display is great.

Love this little macbook...handles anything i throw at it, no hiccups or slowdowns...screen is excellent. This is the one to get!

So glad I got the MacBook for my wife. She really likes that it's lightweight and easy to use. If you want portability in a laptop, this is it.

I ordered as an "open-box" in excellent condition because it saved me a few hundred dollars to skip the part where you get to take the plastic off and be the first to smell it. Everything was great except that the right side of the space bar didn't function!! Well I took it to my local Best Buy store here in Greenville, SC and had the best customer service I've probably ever experienced. Long story short, they didn't have another open-box macbook with which to exchange mine so the manager swapped it out for a BRAND NEW one!! I was so pleasantly surprised! Thank you so much Jason (manager) and Latonya (customer service / Geek Squad) Great product that you simply can't compare against the Microsoft types. Apples and Oranges
