Open box in bad condition
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the Open Box Geek Squad Certified one - when I opened the box there were muliple scratches on the top around the Apple logo and the front of the Macbook. Also the screen had fingerprints all around the edges. This one was definitey not "professionally cleaned" and "looks brand new" as per the description for a Geek Squad Certified open box item. I promptly returned it to the store.

Great Computer, but Not what is Advertised
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered through best buy as they cleary showed the 1.2ghz upgraded processor available. I selected this as it was what i wanted and also as the 1.1ghz was not available when i selected rose gold. I got the 1.1ghz version and when i called, i was told that is what i ordered, even though it still clearly shows online that you are ordering the 1.2ghz processor.
