I think it lives up to its reputation of being fast, light weight, and having the clearest screen I've ever seen. But that's where my love for it ends. I would give up a couple of those qualities for some ports. Apple adapters are rediculous expensive, and third party adapters aren't much cheaper. The size and weight difference is so small, I can't imagine many situations where it would make a difference. I did research on the laptops, but clearly not enough. The last computer I bought was a Mini nine years ago. I would have exchanged it, but by the time I figured I only liked it and didn't love it, I had finally figured out how to transfer what I needed from the Mini to the MacBook. Apple is very good at making old iOS incompatible with new ones. So count on adding at least one to two hundred dollars in adapters, if you buy the Apple or good quality ones, in addition to the price of the laptop itself. All I know is this MacBook better last as long as my Mini did.

It’s light weight and i got it in the cheap price. I can easy carry it around in my small backpack. I love how thin the computer and it was a great purchase.

This MacBook is great! I would recommend getting a carrying case and not some cover for it. Everything is super sleek and the gold looks like rose gold without light on it. Only downfall is having to buy a separate USB-C hub for USB, HDMI, and other third party cables. They aren’t cheap! Laptop works and looks great though!

Perfect laptop for my small business needs. Lightweight and portable for business meetings. Works fast! Excellent computer and exactly what you’d expect from a Mac!

Our MacBook is light, fast, and has a great picture. List price is pretty high, but we got an open box, Applecare plus eligible, at a great price from Best Buy.

The MACBOOK will certainly suit my needs. Sure, there are less ports and drives, but this is not an obstacle. I am quite satisfied. Size, screen, weight, all don't disappoint.

Very light weight! Love the keyboard, I type a lot faster. Easy transition from a PC to MacBook. Very user friendly! Definitely would recommend for students.

I really enjoyed how light the Mac was. It's super cute and convenient and I carry it with me everywhere. My only thing is I think the lack of a USB port is annoying.

This is one of my favorite Apple products. It is certainly powerful enough for everyday computing needs, and the thinness/weight must be seen in person to be believed.

I bought this computer after my 2011 macbook air finally gave out. I'm in school and this computer handles everything I need it to without slowing down. The only thing with this computer is that it doesn't have USB ports but you can buy an adapter. other than that I love it and highly recommend!

Had a macbook pro i had to retire after 10 years (still running, but past its prime). finally splurged on a new one and dam blow away with the speed and easy of use!

Super lightweight laptop. Fast, simple, sleek. I have had minimal issues with the keyboard but this is a known issue with some MacBooks; Apple should really look into getting this issue resolved. I got a great deal on this laptop so no complaints here.

As with other Apple computers - this one works great. Perfect size for everyday use and travel. Very lightweight. No USB ports though, so you'll need an adapter.
