    Just don't. I've bought 20-30 macbooks over the years. This is the only one I've regretted. It just doesn't have enough power. Performance for Teams is terrible. Laggy, hard to get off mute, cannot use backgrounds on your video.

    Have been a long time supporter of Apple products. But quality has dramatically dropped. The audio on our new MacBook quit working after 9 months. Apple would not cover the repair even those it was still under the one year warranty. Now 13 months after purchase the battery will no longer hold a charge and MacBook will not even boot up plugged in, just show it needs to be charged. No support from Apple!

    I measured the screen and it is not 12”. The screen is 11”. Yet it is advertised as 12”. Also, the keys are small and a little tight. The letters and symbols are also small on the screen

    Had to take it back to apple. They couldn't fix it, so they gave a new one. Something was wrong with the software after one of there updates

    The keyboard on this device is malfunctioning & it’s a well known issue. It’s being repaired under warranty, but it’s still annoying.
