I was nervous about the screen size as I had a larger MacBook Pro but I really do not notice the difference. I would trade the price difference for the screen size any day. This little computer is fast, lightweight, the keys barely make a sound and I couldn't be happier.

My first MacBook was a 2002, then moved on to a 2008 and now a 2017. So happy to have my new beauty! The speed is fantastic and I'm actually enjoying bookkeeping again. Plus I have plenty of space for all my pics, and music that have been floating around on different devices.

This is a great little laptop that does pretty much everything. It replaced my old HP laptop. This one is much smaller and lighter and does about the same things my old one does. The only reasons for the 4 star rating preventing it from being a 5 star is there’s only 1 USB-C port and the overall batter life. If this laptop had more than 1 port and longer battery life, than it would definitely rate 5 stars.

I've been amazed at how powerful this machine is. The battery lasts all day, there is no fan so it is completely silent. The only minor complaint is the single USB-C port, but with the purchase of a single dongle that isn't used very often, it's really not an issue for us.

Bought 2 of these for my kids to start off the school year with. First thing noticeable was how compact they are, great for carrying around. Very user friendly. Almost immediately notice the difference on how quick they run, and how quite they are. They don't heat up when in use like the previous Samsung laptops they had. I would definitely buy another one, as usual Apple is an impressive brand.

The MacBook is a nice unit to start with and does what you need it to do. It's quiet thanks to the Core M3 and efficient. Be sure to purchase a Magic Mouse regardless of which MacBook you purchase and you'll need a dongle due to the lack of ports. It's a great option if you can live without the new touch bar on recent MacBooks which will set you back an additional $500. If that's not important to you this is a great option.

I have a full size Macbook that I love but it's heavy and a pain to transport back and forth to class. I bought this small, super lightweight Macbook and it's perfect! It does everything my other Mac does and it's so much easier to take back and forth to classes.

It’s very light and easy to use. Great for college kids. The only downside is that once you install the Office software, the Access doesn’t work on Apple, only on PC.

Really well made and a lot faster than the 2010 MacBook Air that it replaced. Yes it isn't the fastest machine out there but it has a great screen, battery, and it is effortless to carry around. Give it and your computing needs some serious consideration.

This would not be a power users MacBook but works perfectly as a travel item. I wanted something light weight but with a little bigger screen then my iPad and a keyboard. This works well. The power supply is also my smaller than a traditional MacBook.

Background: I work in technology and my husband relies on me when it comes to tech questions and is not familiar with using a mac. This mac was purchased for my husband, and I felt it would be best for him to set it up himself to learn about the controls. He was very frustrated with all the set up questions and complained that windows just started, why was mac so complicated? To be clear, he had to reset all his passwords because he couldn't remember any of them, and it wasn't technically hard to set up, just a little tedious. After 24 hours of owning this, he loves it. It's so light weight, and so easy to get used to it becomes natural. He did complain that the screen could be a little tighter and moves too much when he picks up the computer. He also wishes the was a bit bigger. Overall, a great computer in a small package.

I love this laptop! I use it in conjunction with my Air and it is great for on the go use, love being able to throw it in one of my bags and not have to worry about it weighing me down, yet it is still powerful enough to do anything I need.

Great computer, awesome sizefor travel, but for home and work use I found the slightly lower keys hard to type with. I'd find myself hitting the wrong keys.

Excellent product and good price. Extremely light and easy to carry.
