I've been a Mac user for years. My last computer is a MacBook Pro 2012 and it is still kicking. The reason I bought this was because the pro is a bit too bulky and heavy for easy transport. This new MacBook is amazingly thin and powerful. It is a great use of power and has a fantastic battery life. I strongly recommend this computer.

very compact. I love the size. However, I wish there was more of a lip on the sides of the keyboard. I found myself picking up the laptop at times, only to be grabbing the keys, since there's really no side frame...

Very lite weight and easy to use, very fast for its size

I have been using Apple products for almost 20 years now after frustrations between software and hardware problems gave me motivation to step away from the Windows environment. The product is great. There might be lighter and thinner options in PCs but then you have to deal with whether or not the hardware manufacturer will blame Microsoft and Microsoft blames the hardware manufacturer. I just want something that works and I can go to one place to get help if it doesn’t.

it is very suitable for someone who only need a notebook to surf web, enjoy videos, social etc. HD screen for your eye. very light to be portable. Not good for complicated tasks, such as gaming or programming

Haven't had any problems, it works really well and loads things really fast. The only downfall is that the battery isn't the best and it only stays charged for a day if you need to use it that entire day.

I really like to use this MacBook when i go to school. It’s very light, so easy for me to bring it to school.

No marks or cracks. very good condition and great value. Macbooks are long lasting and battery life is great

Using it for 2 months i am happy great buy! I really recommend this computer for new mac users or kids.

Great little machine, and i grabbed a perfect condition, open box for 780 plus tax. For this price I have not complaints, at the original $1500 I would have returned it. I also have a 15in. but wanted something smaller for daily carry while the 15in stays at home and this fits that need. I say if you can get one at the right price it's a great buy. The new i5 201712 inch macbooks are just rebadged m5's, they are more powerful, but not twice the price more.

I purchased this laptop for my wife to replace her 2011 MacBook Air. It took a few hours to wirelessly transfer all her settings and files from her old laptop to this one and she has been extremely pleased with the change. The color matches her phone perfectly and the battery lasts her all day.

First off, I am an Apple fan. This computer is the perfect travel size for work, school or leisure.

I had a MacBook Air before my MacBook 12 inch and I loved my MacBook Air but the 12 inch is by far my favorite because it is just the prefect size, it’s slim and lightweight that sometimes you can’t even feel it when you carry it! Definitely recommend for college students!!!!

This is a great little laptop that does pretty much everything. It replaced my old HP laptop. This one is much smaller and lighter and does about the same things my old one does. The only reasons for the 4 star rating preventing it from being a 5 star is there’s only 1 USB-C port and the overall batter life. If this laptop had more than 1 port and longer battery life, than it would definitely rate 5 stars.

I was nervous about the screen size as I had a larger MacBook Pro but I really do not notice the difference. I would trade the price difference for the screen size any day. This little computer is fast, lightweight, the keys barely make a sound and I couldn't be happier.

My first MacBook was a 2002, then moved on to a 2008 and now a 2017. So happy to have my new beauty! The speed is fantastic and I'm actually enjoying bookkeeping again. Plus I have plenty of space for all my pics, and music that have been floating around on different devices.
