Although all brands will have defects, malfunction etc. which can be taken care of by activate the warranty from apple or bring it back to the place that was bought if still in the return time frame.

Overall happy with my purchase

My only complaint is that the camera is grainy.

Wrong charger adaptor

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I tried to plug in the device I realized the adaptor that came with it was not the right one, this macbook needs a USB - C port and it came with a normal USB adaptor. The cable was the right one but not the box that you plug into the wall. I called best buy for support but they told me they can't help me. Too bad I had to buy the pricey adaptor and spend just as if I had bought a brand new device. I won't buy an Open Box product again. Anyway the device is in perfect conditions and works perfectly.
