Awesome, but has minor annoyance

Doesn't live up to the apple name

It can barely handle google chrome with just one tab. 256gb also is not enough, my advice is to buy something with at least 16gb of ram/memory and 512gb ssd though 1tb ssd will make you more comfortable.

Better get another laptop as backup for repairs.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This review is for the 2017 Macbook 12 inch, which I purchased with Apple's extended warranty. NOT worth it even with the warranty. My keyboard failed a 1 1/4 years after purchase. Then the keyboard failed again 3 weeks after the repair. This time, the estimates to fix it keep on getting extended, Apple in Albuquerque refused to mail it into the repair center and is doing the repair themselves. Twice I have been left messages that the repair is delayed because a part broke during the repair and they don't have the part in stock to fix it. I am currently on hold 36 minutes and counting to find out what is going on with my repair.
