It’s supposed to be working like new on the inside. But it doesn’t. I took it to the Apple store to get a battery repair which I shouldn’t after a year. Only to find out their was an issue with the entire system. The laptop is basically trash and only works when plugged into a charger.

Don’t waste your money

I was sent a new one a week after and it worked for a day then the screen turned black and wouldn’t work. Both computer came damaged with scratches and dents

Great MacBook for a beginner

cant login to icloud screen has scuffs……
