I am fairly new to using Apple products. I went to the store to speak to a representative and they completely educated me on the advantages of each laptop computer, as well as cons. I explained what I would use it for and my concerns. All of my questions were answered, and I received a partial tutorial. Best Buy also sponsors Apple training on various products, which is necessary for a user of my limited technical experience with computers. Could not be more satisfied!

As always apple products are great and you get the high quality you pay for. It was gifted to my mother and she was very happy with the compact size and weight.

Love everything about this laptop, so thin and small and very practical for school. I bought the Toshiba external hardly drive as well and It worked wonderfully

Bought this laptop for my wife since she needed a Mac to run a specific program for a machine she uses for a side business. Very compact, light but sturdy. Only complaint is that it does not have a media dock(no dvd slot). Other than that it is working wonderfully. Now she doesn't need to take my MacBook Pro.

This Macbook air is perfect too like a Macbook pro , the different is in Screen and Touch , but he is perfect too and so fast for everything that I will try do.

I wasn't sure about having an 11" laptop, but I am very happy with this product!

Working with a smaller laptop is trickier than I thought. However, the user guide offered online is so easy to read and immediately helped me with navigational tips. I'm getting used to it and am starting to enjoy it more now that i know how to use shortcuts, keystrokes, and how to use the mouse pad.

The 11-inch Macbook Air is by far the best lightweight notebook I have ever used. Very happy with my purchase.
