Truly enjoyed the laptop's size, portability and speed.

I purchased this with the intent to apply for graduate school. It has been very helpful for all of this. I am also using it for job applications, of which it is extremely helpful! I also use it all the time for e-mail, updating resumes, and basic google searches. I have absolutely no complaints about this computer. It syncs up with my iPhone. I can carry this to class-it is so light weight. Everything is wireless. It syncs up to wireless printers and printed from the garage to the house printer. Basically-amazing. I did not replace my old laptop until it was dead. So it has been 10 years! Take very good care of your items!! :)

I finally made the switch to Macbook from Windows PC and it's been great. The Macbook Air is so lightweight, I can take it anywhere. I enjoy the seamless interfacing with my idevices, makes updating, syncing and sharing info across the devices so much easier.

I love my Mac. This thing is so light and his quick doing things. It doesn't feel like I have something weighing down on my legs when I'm working on it like I have in the past with other laptops. Apple makes a great product and I will continue to buy them.

If your going to do more than web browsing i would recommend the 13 inch. However, as a web browsing machine or checking emails the size is perfect. Extremely portable. Laptop feels very solid and premium.

I was hesitant to get a Mac as I had been a PC user for many years. I am so glad I made the switch. This computer is great. It really is easy to use, it's fast, and amazingly portable. Best decision ever.

The apple mac air is the computer that I've always wanted. I've heard great things about it and am pleased with its performance. It's easy to carry not big and bulky.

I love this laptop! It does what I need it to with great speed, and is light and small enough to carry around, hold on my lap, etc. I only wish it came with an easy way to connect to a wired internet connection, for when there is no WiFi around.

I actually bought this to replace my aging second generation iPad, but it's more than fast and powerful enough to also handle day-to-day admin, presentations, entertainment, and any other general stuff I chuck at it, which means I can use my desktop and mobile (laptop) rigs exclusively for work purposes.

I use my MacBookAir every day with email and internet activities. The size is perfect and the flash memory hard drive is very fast. Although this size is no longer available, I would suggest you take a look at the 13" model as well as the complete Apple offerings of great products.

I absolutely love my new mac book air. I was hesitant about getting the 11 inch and thought it may be too small but it isn't at all. Its such a perfect size and it is so lightweight. The picture quality is fantastic. The size makes it perfect for students! Definitely happy with my purchase.

I was looking for a lightweight laptop, with good battery life and a unix-like userland. This met all of my needs and has been a good travel laptop. I docked a star because the default filesystem is case-insensitive (wtf?) and I wasted a lot of time downloading and building the NetBSD source and hit problems due to the case insensitive filesystem. This is my 2nd device with OS X and I was not aware of that silly design decision which will likely never effect normal computer users but wasted a great deal of my time.

I've been slowly transitioning from a PC to the Apple "ecosystem" as I love the ability of my phone, computer and laptop to easily "communicate" with each other. I found this laptop to be perfect for "business on the go" with performance as good as a desktop and a much needed long life battery.

I purchased the Macbook Air after having my Macbook Pro stolen from my home. Also, I will be in Europe much of the summer on a photo shoot and need something easy and light to store and process my work on. So far, so good. I do miss the Macbook Pro as it had a more substantial feel to it and slightly bigger keyboard and screen but once I got used to the MB Air, it does the job without dragging along a lot of extra weight. I got the basic model and it seems to keep up with my Lightroom work as well as being able to upload and download photos fairly quickly (depending upon internet connection). I purchased a simple portfolio case to protect it during transporting. It fits easily in my camera bag. I have an external cd/dvd player for my desktop iMac which works with the Air as well. Downside: small screen - I have to enlarge the fonts to make it comfortable for viewing; small keyboard and track pad - took some getting used to on navigating my work. I haven't tried the Air printing feature yet. It is already loaded with photo software and large file photos and I still have plenty of usable space left without needing to add more. I have been an Apple/Mac user for a few decades now and haven't been disappointed yet.

This is a great laptop, worth the price. This was for my husband and is his second one the first one we still have as well and is still running strong , had it for 6 years now!

My son chose this computer for college.it is light weight compact and fits nicely in his back pack.Has all the features he needed and wanted then some.He has really enjoyed this computer his sister will be starting med school next year and has already asked for this computer for christmas.

I didn't want to make the switch from a pc to a MacBook but I'm glad I did. It's faster, lighter and easier to use than my pc.

I love the computer; I used to have the 13 inch macbook air, and the 11 inch has all the same benefits in a smaller package. I especially love it because I run an online business and carry my computer everywhere—so how much more lightweight it is happens to be a huge asset for me!

This was the first Mac I have owned and I am not disappointed. I am a junior in college and this does everything I could need and more. I've owned it for about 2 months and haven't had a single issue. The only thing is if I was buying one again I would go with the Pro just because of the lack of ports on the Air. This is an outstanding product and I will definitely stick to Mac PCs from now on.

Waited to get this on sale for my fiancés graduation gift. He travels a lot so he needed the 11-inch and he loves it perfect for people who travel a lot and need a light computer and for people who like the size of the iPad but don't like the fact that it doesn't have a keyboard
