I had a Toshiba laptop that didn't perform long enough for the cost, so I considered the Macbook Air because of the long lasting value I have witnessed others receive. I was also witness to the capabilities of the employees at the Apple Store, and was very impressed.

We purchased this Mac Book for my eight year old grandson. He's a real computer kind of kid. He loves it! He's been wanting one since gma and gpa have our own Mac book's....I really like the 11.6 display on his. As I said above, you can't go wrong with an Apple!

This is a very nice, compact and have a good feel on hand laptop. Too bad it does not have Retina display.

I did not want to have to deal with PC Matic or Microsoft updates that take forever to download and then be forced to buy advanced software for windows. If these issues make you weary too, get a Mac!

The caps lock button seems to be a little bit off, and sometimes the track pack is dead and non-responsive.

It's easy to take around I can even fit it inside my back pack. I really only use it for work and school.

Purchase a mac book air on a regular price. But when we check on the other branch there was another model that was on promo sale. The sales representative was very helpful to change the item and we bought it on a good price. Got what we wanted.

This was a fantastic purchase of a computer for someone who is in school and does not want to have a lot of viruses or problems with the functionality of the device. The beginner classes through Best Buy made the purchase process that much better. They were very informative and helpful.
