Just took it out of the box and the battery is bad...won't charge....only works if its plugged in. Contacted support and they can't guarantee that it will be repaired for no charge. Scheduled a repair, which is an hour drive away :( If there's a charge for repair we will just be returning the computer. Best Buy should at least make sure the computer is in good working order even if its refurbished!!

The original charger that came with the laptop doesn’t work it isn’t broken but just won’t charge the laptop we tried to exchange it but the store says we must call insurance is there any way we can get a store exchange?

My computer keep saying I need to go to Apple and it look like something was jammed. Inside the part where the headphones go

The wost purchase I ever made. It said geek squad certified so I trusted that.. well the lap top worked for about 3 months, while only being used for abot 1-2 hours 2 days per week. And at 3 months it just stopped working! Best but geek squad cpuld not even get it to come pn let alone fix it. Because it was refurbished there was no warranty, so i was out of $700 . Not a happy customer!

The device would not charge. If the charger wasn’t plugged in, it wouldn’t turn on. Took it to the geek squad (wonderful customer service BTW, he was very patient & tried his very best to help me for at least 2 hours), but unfortunately all we could do was send it back. I understand there’s risk when buying pre-owned, but I assumed it would at least be inspected to avoid immediately noticeable issues like a device that won’t charge.

This item was listed as "good woking condition" which was not entirely accurate. The battery did not work at all, would not hold a charge and had to be replaced. The minor amount of cosmetic damage was not an issue, but considering a working battery is essential, this device should have been $100 less to make up for the out of pocket maintenance cost.

it’s old so it’s kinda slow.. but it gets the job done!

Honestly it was horrible had to return it because it didn’t want to charge. Also, it came very dirty. It looked like whoever was handling the laptop was eating chocolate because there was chocolate all over it.

Worked for a week then power button stopped working. Had to return it

Not worth buying. The power cord keeps coming off. Had to get help getting into the computer.

The refurbished laptop was no good, I had to purchase a new one so this doesn’t happen again

Great computer! Sometimes can be a tad slow and dies quickly, but other than that it’s a great computer if you keep it updated!
