Seriously it showed up with a penny in the SD slot. Just enough to grab it with a tweezers. Rest of the MB air looked clean. A few tiny scratches in the case. Works amazingly compared to my retired 2011 MB Pro. She was slow and tired. I immediately noticed the aftermarket charger and hated the short cord. Doesn’t have the extra cord piece like the original one. The product description only said comes with charger and data cord. Everything works exactly as I expect from MacBooks. The display hinges are a little looser than I would like. Screen does slide back a little at times. I can still say it was a good purchase for the price. Hey geek squad even threw in a penny on the deal. The pic with the penny sticking out was after I got it out far enough to realize what it was.

The computer was an easy set up. The computer has been fast to use daily. The computer came with no scratches nor damages. New apps and widgets were an great addition to put on the computer.

I really liked the mecbook I bought, it wasn't available in the physical store, when we arrived at the place a very polite employee helped us and gave us all the support to get the mecbook through the store's website, within 4 days the product arrived, working perfectly.

Works exactly as needed. No issues with shipping or anything. I plugged it in and it updated without an issue. I didn’t purchase this to play games or anything just for some light work/ school things.

Computer works as necessary, although the battery life was much shorter than expected. Lots of dust found in certain crevices (as shown in photo), but was fixed in a matter of minutes. Decent for a refurbished computer.

MacBooks have always been my favorite. My only complaint is it needed a little windex and some cleaning. But everything works great

The pick up af the store was fast no issue. Mac Air is a good laptop plug it everything good, but is little slow. But the rest is awesome, But ir a few weeks ago.

The MacBook surprised me. Works well, looks so nice, and till now everything is just fine. Worth it:)

Very good value for an old refurbished macair .apple makes good products. I got it for a younger sister who has less money . But if you have extra money , get the mac air with m1, m2, m3 chip . It will run faster .

The system still works perfect till today and till today I still enjoy this computer with no issues

It is good but for what i am doing it not good enough if you are someone who just needs it for simple and average things them yes this is for you but it is overall a good product, will definitely recommend.

Fast and comfortable to use, screen is bigger and the size is decent. Speed is very fast and a lot of storage.

For an open box purchase it was good . Open it up laptop look like new and with all extra software run great

My daughter needed a new laptop for HS. This air mac came in mint condition. Works great and a awesome price.

It works well just dissapointed it wasn’t updated to the highest level to get certain apps

I received this in bad condition!! I get angry because it did not arrive in good condition, it looked very used and the charger was open and dirty and a corner of the screen was bent, it was something that I did not expect! I had to return this due to bad condition

I was skeptical about purchasing a pre-owned product. The MacBook was clean and well cared for. I needed a device than ran on an older IOS that would allow the iTunes download. The MacBook works as expected. Like all Apple products, the battery life does shorten as time goes on, but that’s what the power cable is for. I highly recommend.
