DO NOT BUY USED COMPUTER FROM BEST BUY!!!!!!!! I have had to return it and repurchase it (because they won’t let you exchange) four times now!! Geek squad clearly doesn’t actually fix the computers. You can tell people had issues with them (keyboard issues, speaker blown, updating issues) just to list the ones that I have experienced! Customer service is a joke online and basically just as bad when you drive and go in person. I will never purchase from your store again after this!!!

I really could have gotten the laptop I bought for my son. The battery is horrible and there is always an update or asking me to log into my iCloud. My tablet does ask to do all that. It’s so annoying

Works great and great price for a refurbished Mac book.

Do not buy this product. Looks new and shiny and looks great. Then buttons slowly stop working and other issues. Called Apple Support and they fixed a few things then more issues. And of course it's not returnable. Save up your money and go buy something new.

Good product, bought for daughters first computer. Does show signs of slowing though that I normally don’t see from Apple usually, even my 2014 MacBook Pro performances like new and no signs of slowing like this one. Still a good product.

The laptop came just in time for my sister and before her classes started. Her old laptop had just stopped working the day before this one came. It runs great and no issues.

I love my Apple-MacBook Air 13.3" laptop. It's lighting fast, works like a charm. It talks to my iPhone and iPad - so all three of my devices are in sync. Love it.

Rather slow and kept getting error message it had to cool down and it was just sitting on the desk not processing anything.

It worked fine for about 5 months and then starting having issues with the screen. Called Best Buy to verify if it was covered and was told to take it to Apple. Took it to Apple and they said it was out of warranty and it would be $500 to repair.

second mac book air I bought in just a month because of the good value for the price, durability and speed.

It's not the best laptop I ever owned. However, it was very compatible with the price I paid for it. My daughter liked it and she will continue to use it until Daddy will be able to afford a better one with more capacity and upgrade level.

it came in bad packaging and when i finally turned it on it said i needed to replace the battery because it couldn’t hold a charge, so that’s annoying i spent wayyyy too much money for it to not work the day i got it

I bought this product in December and it wasn't working. It wouldn't turn on and when I called Apple they said the product is out of warranty. How can this be if I bought it about 6 months ago. I would have given 0 star
