    horrible purchase. I have to wait a month to get it. The charger doesn't not work I tried to return it in the store they won't return it for me saying there system won't let them do return. I end up buying a a charge and after charging the computer I can only use it for 1 hr and the battery dies.

    I kept seeing reviews with the mac coming with wrong charger in box, same thing happen to me. Wrong charger in box, in order to buy one ill be around $80 just keep that in mind when purchasing this laptop. BesBuy wont replace the wrong charger and just state its sold as is since it’s refurbished. Laptop was also scratched everywhere,

    Right out of the box the power inlet is wonky, you have to wiggle it for the computer to charge. Very disappointed in refurb quality control. Very unhappy since this was a gift to my daughter for graduation

    contacting store it started glitching less than a week of school. some numbers and letters were poorly stenciled and smeared, the screen has stains
