So glad I invested in this laptop.

Amazing quality, almost like new. It had a minor scratch but I have a case so I wasn’t worried about it. Other than that, great product.

Besides that looks and works new. Only downside was the non apple charger but still works.

Wrong charger in box, in order to buy one ill be around $80 just keep that in mind when purchasing this laptop. BesBuy wont replace the wrong charger and just state its sold as is since it’s refurbished. Laptop was also scratched everywhere,

Very disappointed in refurb quality control. Very unhappy since this was a gift to my daughter for graduation

(warranty expired with previous owner) i noticed too late but i recommend adding apple care to your device !

When I got the computer, everything seemed to work just fine. However, after turning it on and getting it set up, the battery wasn't working. It was saying the battery needed to be serviced, wouldn't stay charged and the fan was running loud and hot. I had to return it because it was unusable. I would definitely recommend to be cautious with buying refurbished computers here.
