Complete garbage

The bottom of the laptop had burn spots and the screen was scratched up to where you couldn’t see some of the screen. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

Not pre-owned but heavily used Mac Book Air.

The whole laptop was somewhat dirty and in horrible condition. I did not care if it worked and returned it to the store the very next day.

No Charging Cable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is an older model, so issues with software upgrades were to be expected. With a bit of work, I was able to upgrade MacOS to the most current version available for this MacBook and found the most current Microsoft Office available for that MacOS. The major problem was the lack of a power cord that fits this model. All I got was the USB-C power supply without the needed magnetic adapter. I contacted the refurbisher. At first, they claimed I had all I needed. I sent them pictures, and their answer changed to say they had no adapters. Fortunately, Amazon had what I needed; otherwise, I would have had to return the MacBook with its run-down battery.
