    The MacBook worked great for a few weeks, then it's saying I need a new battery. Best buy just referred me to Apple support -- so much for the "warranty."

    The laptop was a gift to my son who is into editing video. He logged into the computer and it didn’t work. I’ll return and hopefully find one that works.

    Can’t download no apps or use it for any thing. you cant even search up stuff certain stuff. Just not worth the money. If you only plan to use it to use google doc and FaceTime buy it

    Computer stopped working just yesterday, hadnt even had it for 3 weeks, black screen of doom affected it unusable just wasted 300$

    Horrible the laptop quit working after 4 months. The “one year warranty” is from the original date of purchase. Worst purchase I’ve ever made.

    Dont buy refurbished items from here, even with total tech. Wont fix item after broke 4 monthes later. Total tech does nothing and applecare wont fix because purchase was not made through apple store.
