I got this MacBook to replace a Lenovo laptop I've used for a few years. All my other computers are PCs so I wanted a MacBook so I have access to all operating systems for troubleshooting IT stuff. I had to clean this unit up a good bit when I got it. There was crud in a lot of the areas between the trackpad and the frame, as well as between the keys and all over the hinges. There were even spots on the front and back that I would not have expected, even for a pre-owned. I should have taken pictures of it before I cleaned. Once I cleaned it up, it has been good and reliable. Overall, I am happy with it.
