The MacBook Air is a great laptop for everyday use. It's not the fastest or thinnest laptop in the world, but it's generally good at everything. Long battery life, snappy performance, and portable. Don't expect to play hardcore games on it, but it'll work for productivity and web surfing just fine.

This macbook is perfect for me (compared to my old PC)-- it's so much light and i love how sleek it is. I don't mind that theres no CD drive as i only use the USB ports anyway. Although I do feel that 2 USB ports is too little, I can live with it. Love this laptop, so happy about my purchase!

This is absolutely my favorite computer of all times. I use it for work, the battery life last all day and it is so reliable. Perfect size because I go to several locations a day and it is so light.. Best purchase I ever made.

Switched from the Macbook Pro to the Air and am so glad I made that decision! As a student, the Air is a good choice for me since it fulfills my everyday needs of light usage in terms of internet, Word, and e-mail. The Pro was much more powerful than was suited for my personal needs. I love how the Air is more portable, much lighter in weight, and has long-lasting battery power. The only downside with it, at least for me, is that the pixels and imaging doesn't appear as sharp or defined. I was accustomed to having a Retina screen on my Pro, and boy does Retina make a difference in viewing pleasure! Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase.

The MacBook air is fast, light (almost too light), and the display is crisp. The only downside is that the storage is small. But with online storage very inexpensive or free, that's not really a big issue. Certainly not a replacement for a powerful desktop but as a laptop, it's perfect.

I purchased this laptop for my wife works from home a lot. She is very pleased with the design and capabilities of this operating system. Laptop is very thin and light weight but also very durable. If I had to purchase a laptop again I would purchase the same one. Very great product.

Can't begin to tell how amazing this MacBook Air is! It's feather light yet as powerful as can be. The look and feel is truly sleek and modern, and had all the essential apps/software that's needed! Again-AMAZING PRODUCT!

I never thought I would have purchased a Mac computer. I was a PC kind of girl. I assumed the transition would be hard, not the case. The MacBook Air has been the best laptop I have ever owned. I love the size, very lightweight and easy to carry in a tote bag. Best purchase ever!

I went in the store set on a MacBook, the sales associate convinced me that the Airbook was a better deal with better performance. He was right! I love the size, the speed and I have more than enough memory for what I do. And the battery life is much better than my old MacBook Pro.

Bought this computer for my daughter after several reviews of Best Buy and other websites. It is very fast, extremely light and easy to use. So much more efficient than previous PC. Should have bought a Mac years ago.

Personally this computer fits all of my needs as a college freshmen. Fast, easy, light, and organizable, I wouldn't dream of giving it up. So far, a month into it, there has been nothing that I can complain about.

This laptop is perfect in every way. Super light, super powerful, super long battery life. We liked how is actually has inputs unlike the Macbook we also looked at.

This computer is elegant, efficient, mostly easy to use, and an appropriate price for how great it is. I love the feel of the keys, the charger, and the light (but not too light) weight of the computer. I had two issues with it: One being that it doesn't have a disc drive, which I knew before purchasing the item, although it is slightly disappointing for the price. I bought a USB SuperDrive for around $75 to have the capability to upload music and watch movies. My second issue was that I had great difficulty figuring out how to get my printer to work with it. After trying to download the software for my printer multiple times and not getting it to work on Safari, I downloaded Google Chrome and the printer showed up in printer options, solving the problem. This computer is very speedy for surfing the web and also has plenty of memory for my needs. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple, yet appealing way to enjoy their time on the computer, whether it's writing a paper or playing games.

I bought this Air Book for my wife who is not (respectfully) a big power user but very familiar with Mac books. This book was a big jump in performance, ease of use and just plain comfort being so light. She is very happy with this computer. It is fast and flawless.

I happen to own one of every available Apple Devices & I've concluded that for my needs the entire line of Apple devices are beyond sufficient. The MacBook Air holds a charge for a long time- I haven't used it until the battery has died so cannot give full battery life- also charges up quickly. Simple to navigate though all apps & settings. Basic Apple layout makes its easy to get started signing in to all necessary apps and downloading any new apps is a breeze! For just under $1000.00 this was a great purchase. I am using this to run a business from home & it fits every possible need I've had thus far.

You get what you pay for. For years I've read about MacBooks and have been skeptical of Apple Fans, and their tendency to exaggerate or overhype their precious products. Well, here I am. There is a difference but not just in ease of use, speed, recent compatibility or even visually; everything feels of quality and just well put together- weight and balance. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market and feel confident in purchasing because no other laptop holds it's value like Apple's do.

My first MacBook Air and I love it. It's extremely fast. I've never had a computer wake up from sleep so quickly. The Core i5 processor handles everything I've thrown at it without slowing and the storage space is perfectly adequate (and speedy) for what I need it for. The resolution of the screen, however, is sub-par for a $1000 laptop. These days, the very LEAST you see is a 1080p screen, and many manufacturers are squeezing more pixels into the same size screen. I'm sure a lot of this is so Apple can squeeze every last minute of battery life out of the machine - and battery life is a fantastic selling point of the machine. The design, while now iconic, is quickly nearing a point where a refresh isn't just wanted, but necessary. Those quibbles aside, this is still a great machine, and if you're lucky enough to have caught the great sale at Best Buy - $150 off - that I did, it was a no-brainer.

I had the 2010 Macbook for 5 years and decided it was time for a new laptop. I wanted to see what all the hype was about a 2-in-1 so I first got a Lenovo Thinkpad. It was fun but not for me; so I got myself the Macbook Air and I LOVE IT. I guess Apple grew on me.

I love this computer ! I have other Apple products, so when linked everything communicates seamlessly. Very easy to use. The speed is much faster than my older PC laptop. Lightweight. Not bulky. Love it!

I bought this MacBook Air to carry around, instead of my Macbook Pro, and I love it! It's lighter than my Pro, but faster and does more than my iPad Air. It's a really good alternative, and would recommend this to anyone in the market looking for a new laptop!
