This replaced an older Toshiba. I like the how this laptop integrates with the ipad and iphone. Took a little getting used to coming from the Microsoft world, but very similar to the iphone and ipad it was a very quick learn.

Without techy words, this is my first Mac experience, and slowly but surely i am getting comfortable to the system, it is so easy to start up, tools are readily available, it is almost like my iPhone but with a large screen and keyboard. My kids homework is easily done, even presentations. I was told the screen hitches are something to be careful with, certainly look fragile, this is the only reason i give it 4 stars. Great tool for the house!

My nephew recommended the MacBook air to us for our daughters college computer. Impressed with it so far, easy to set up and nice that you don't have to worry about viruses.

It's taken me some time to adjust to Mac after years with a Dell. Transfer of my HD files was not as smooth as expected. However, I'm pleased with the speed and comfort of this laptop. I love the touch pad. No more mouse for me.

I've gone thru a few laptops and this is the best one ever! It's fast and I am just so happy with it. I would and have recommended this Laptop to all my friends and family.

I bought this MacBook and really love it! It meets all my needs and is very lightweight. My kids are also able to use that and I like that we can put different users on it!!!!! I was very happy that I bought it at Best abut!!!!!

Most computers frustrate me to no end. This one is so easy to use and doesn't freeze like PCs do when I get befuddled. I discover something new each day and there has not been a moment that I wanted to throw it across the room!

I bought this laptop after always having a windows computer. I've owned all kinds all the way to the 8.1 operating system. The computer comes with a lot of features I do not use, but it has what I need. Solid state hard drive, back lit keyboard, and ultra portable. I love the track pad, and the Mac operating system. It didn't take me long to get used to it, and I look forward to completing many blog postings, and freelance writing opportunities with it. I bought it cause I'm moving abroad, and I was looking for something small but heavy duty to take with me as I travel the world. Note: if you are doing this, do not get the geek squad protection, it does not work abroad. Get the AppleCare, as it is world wide. I love my new laptop, and can't wait to spend many nights with it.

I love my macbook air, it's light and it's perfect for everyday use. However, if you wish to multitask or need to do a lot on your laptop, I would go for the macbook pro.

I've never been big on Fruit but this beauty has me eating my Apples every day! I love the intergration with all my other Apple products. It boots up super fast and is an absolute joy to use! Very happy With this purchase!!

I bought this laptop for my daughter and after seeing how much fun she was having with it, and the advantages of a Mac, I decided to buy myself one. I've only ever used a PC up until now and I will only buy Macs from now on.

I love the fact that it is lightweight. Being a student I never stay put so it is light enough to travel back and forth from Starbucks.

Looked at tablets first. Never wanted to spend the money on an Apple Lap top. Best Buy had them on sale before X-mas. Took the plunge. Very nice computer easy to use. Still pricey. The old saying you get what you pay for.

I'm absolutely loving my mac. Granted, I'm a new Mac user (have iPhone and iPad) but I'll never go back to a regular laptop again. The ease in which it syncs all devices and the easiness to use is fantastic. Highly recommend.

The computer is amazing! I'm a college student and it supplies my every need. Not to mention how LIGHT it is. Perfect for when I have my books in my bag and computer, it doesn't feel or look like I have 30 bricks in them.

12 hour battery life! Wish it had a retina display but that's what the 12" macbook is for. 4gb ram is decent for running Yosemite, 128gb ssd is fast and acceptable for those who don't do photo/video work. As always, the best trackpad in the industry.
