I was looking for a new computer for school, I thought abot this Mac and I just loved everything about it. Very lightweight which is perfect for carrying on campus:

Of you are thinking of getting this product vs. the MacBook Pro I recommend getting this one I looked at them in the store and there is not a huge difference in the Retina display on the pro and the air however in the store I did notice a ginormase difference with the MacBook Pro being thicker in real life than in the picture. If you are thinking to convert to an Apple from Windows I do recommend it, it comes with everything to replace word, power point, excel and publisher!!! Overall I am very happy with my purchase and later in about 1-2 weeks I earned a free $15 for having my own Best Buy rewards!

Look nice, light, thin, durable and good enough to carry around

So far so good. Brand new Macbook Air. Great screen. Clean. Sleek. Great battery life. The screen is so thin that it is sometimes awkward opening the screen by hand.

probably for those already familiar with macs. useful for general work. no heavy programs running but great portability.

Bought this mac book air specifically for traveling. It is light weight and very thin. So far it has fulfilled its purpose and I was lucky to get it at a great price.

Perfect size and great batter life. Great price for what you get. If looking for more than a tablet and less than a desktop replacement...then this is the one to buy.

I was a windows/chrome user and moved to Apple. It's way ahead of all it's competitors. Best display, sound, speed , hardware. Can't ask for more. Serves the purpose

This is a great mac and best buy had a great price for this mac during thanks giving. Great resolution as always with apple. Very slim and stylish. Worth the money.

I was reluctant to switch from a desktop computer to a laptop but I am glad I did. It was a great choice. I love the convenience and the performance of this laptop.

Wasn't sure about going with a Mac laptop. I've been using PCs for about 30 years. I "retired" 2+ years ago, and my home computer was Windows vista. When it went "belly up" I knew I needed to make a decision to stay with Windows or make the jump to a Mac. I knew I'd have to learn a new system either way. Since I have both an iPad and an iPhone, I thought maybe I could learn to use the Mac fairly quickly and easily. I've done remarkably well, proving you CAN teach an old dog new tricks!

I have been impressed with this product and getting used to an apple product hasn't been too challenging. Bought this for my wife starting a new job and she loves it

Only owned the Macbook for a month now but love it. Lightweight design makes it easy to take with you anywhere you go.

Love my lap top It's a great computer and easy to set up and use. I love that's it's synced with my phone and my iPad.

My Mac mini died suddenly and I wasn't sure if I'd use the laptop I am happy to have it. It's more fun to take and watch movies on the go, than just using the iPad.

Best bang for your buck. Good for students or traveling. Very light and portable

I have been wanting this computer for awhile now. The sale price at Best Buy was the best anywhere, so I purchased it. I would recommend this computer and Best Buy!
