This computer has excellent battery life and it's very simple to use. It is light weight and has been great to do my school work on. Everything operates quickly and does not have all the viruses associated with ordinary PC computers.

If your in the market for a MacBook, this is the one you need! Much cheaper then the other mac's and it's lighter and faster as well! Only down side is the on board storage, but portable hard drives are getting cheaper every day!

It is fast, lightweight and lasts an entire day. Only grudge would be that, nothing has effectively changed from my 4 year old MBA. Good thing is that since nothing changed, the old one holds on to a really good value as well.

After having my Pro for 5 years, I needed something lighter and quicker. Even though the Macbook came out, this suited my needs much better and the associate in the store was incredibly helpful. There isn't much memory (I have a lot of pictures), but it's nothing that isn't solved with an external drive. It works great, it's quick, and incredibly light. Definitely recommend for any college student that doesn't want a small notebook screen!

This laptop not only has a good size, but also the battery length and RAM were an ideal purchase because it was an fast and reliable apple laptop with 802.11ac capabilities which seems to save my butt from time to time.

This is my second Macbook Air. They have both been the best laptop I've ever owned. Light--don't even notice its in my backpack. Efficient--battery last 2 days of full work. I never have issues, and its super user-friendly!

The MacBook Air is the perfect computer. Its powerful, small, and easy to use. I was afraid that the hard drive storage or 4GBs of memory would not be enough, but Apple is so efficient that it's plenty for almost any task.

The computer is very lightweight and thin, easy to carry back and forth without breaking your back. It loads quickly and does not feel flimsy. It is silent when running and seems to have an incredible battery life.

I have the 13.3 inch Macbook Air. It looks very stylish and performs well when it comes to internet browsing. It has I5 chip and it performed faster than Windows 2010 i7 Pc when I did network speedtest side by side. The only issue with this laptop is that it cannot be upgraded. You cannot replace Memory or flash drive or anything as the whole body is sealed and cannot be upgraded. That is hard to accept if you want to update the PC as time passes by.

Amazing battery and very light and thin. I am a med. school student. I have everything and am constantly on my laptop. I can go the whole day without having to charge it. The given battery life hours are very accurate. If you're considering the 125GB storage, make sure you have a flash drive because the storage will fill up over time. Other than that, I would also recommend getting a case with the laptop for protection.

Chose to buy this laptop when it was on sale-- added the student discount Best Buy offers before school, and it made for a great deal. I love that it's so light and thin, and I can put it in my backpack for class, and it doesn't weigh me down like other PC laptops I've had. I also have an iPhone and so having the ability to sync my iTunes and iMessage across my two devices is great. I hesitated about making the switch over to Apple after using PCs for so long, but honestly, all of the Apple programs are so much more user-friendly. I can also choose to export to any Office programs, if needed. The only thing I'd recommend is buying a hard case and sleeve, as well as a silicone keyboard case to protect against any random spills and dust.

I purchased this laptop after a year of considering it. I'm one of those people that doesn't like change, so I rarely update my iPhone or apps & when I am finally forced to, I complain about it for months. I was unsure if I would have problems switching from pc to Mac, or have problems sending and receiving attachments to/from non Mac users, or opening certain programs, but I have had no problems so far. I have loved this laptop, since the moment I opened the box! It's cute, lightweight, easy to use, has some really great features, and the battery lasts me forever. I love it so much, that I will not allow my husband or daughter to use it, who knows they may leave fingerprints or something on it. They can go get their own awesome Macbook!

This macbook air is the perfect computer for a college student. I literally take it with me to classes and it weighs less than a textbook. The battery life is amazing, I only charge it every 2 two days. The computer itself is beautiful. I'm so happy with my purchase. However what's not so great about it is the operating system. I have to give it to Windows because there's simply no better OS to multitask than Windows.

I'm an Apple-lover, and this is my 4th Mac laptop in nearly 20 years. So it's not a surprise I like my new MacBook Air. It's very easy to use and pretty easy to transfer files from my old MacBook to this one. The only issue that has come up is storage-the Air doesn't have a lot of hard drive space, but I knew that buying it. I already have a back up drive, so anything I really need is on there and transferred essentials only to the new Air. Even migration/transfer from one computer to the other is easy with the Migration Assistant that transfers over wifi. That alone is worth sticking with a Mac once you get one. I was considering a cheaper Windows computer, but that transfer process alone is worth it. I highly recommend Mac

This laptop offers tremendous value for the cost. Battery life, style, features and reliability are all great. We have several in our family and feel the extra cost is justified. Did I mention how light?

This is my first apple computer of any kind. I have had iPhones and other hand held apple devices for a while now, but adding a computer to the mix truly unlocks each device's fullest potential. Not to mention how easy apples operating system is to use. The construction of the Macbook Air is outstanding, and it is very light. The battery life is awesome, I am on my laptop all day at work and if I go in with a fully charged battery I am barely in the 50% batter life range when I get off. I would and have recommended this computer to coworkers, friends, and family.

I use this for web viewing, music listening and photo sharing. Easy to use, quick,and extremely thin and light weight.

If you are doing research on computers, then you know what to expect from this computer. When put individually against windows 7 (not 8, because 8 is an embarrassment), they may be about even, but due to integration of iCloud, and handoff (allowing you to start on one device and finish elsewhere), if you have other Apple devices this is a great computer. The battery is everything it says it is. It takes about 7+ hours to die, if you are streaming TV. It feels and looks solid, but the sides scratch easily (I had it on a table that was next to a brick wall, it pushed against brick and a minute scratch is there), also if you need vga, hdmi, or Ethernet, you need to do extra work here. You can either use an adapter for thunderport (whatever it's called) to hdmi/vga or mirror it to Apple music. For Ethernet there is no port, so you need a usb to hdmi. It performs well, lasts long, works great with other Apple devices, has an intuitive UI, and one of my favorite things is that windows searches (for a file or program, especially in the finder or library program, whatever it's called) took a long time on windows, and are very fast on here.

It's light. It's thin. It's bright. And the speakers are so much better than the old MacBookPro. It's really fast and seems pretty hardy. Looks like it's going to be a major player in my home tech world.
