Great laptop one thing it doesn't come with word but it's great I use it for college I do not have any problems with the Mac book

I ordered this for my daughter who is going to college this year. This laptop was her first choice and its extremely light weight.

Very satisfied with many of the features!! Still have to learn how to use it more efficiently. Best for business and college students. Don't recommend for gaming and photos or high school students. More professional. It would make high school kids even lazier because it's so easy.

For my first MacBook, I couldn't have asked for something that better fits my needs within my price range. I went with the open box MacBook Air and have found that it is lightweight, easy to use, and has a clear image. Playing around with the settings has allowed me to adjust the computer's ergonomics to fit my needs. It's great.

I had the most amazing experience with this gentleman!! He was so knowledgeable. I was avoiding going in because I didn't want seen annoying to waste people's time asking all the questions I wanted to. However, the person who helped me made me feel at ease, didn't rush me to decide. He took me around the dpt floor and gave me honest, accurate answers to everything. I left there soooooo happy. I felt confidant in my investment and a different kind of appreciate for my laptop. I'm very thankful.

My son needed a computer as he is a freshman in college. Apple Macbook fit the bill. Great price with college student discount.

The techies where I worked always said Mac's were better, even though Dells ( low bids ) were the computers we all had. I couldn't afford a Mac, so my pc was a dell. On a suggestion from a friend, we got a MacBook Air, and my wife and I love it. It's all the computer we'll ever need.

Absolutely love this machine. No complaints at all. Works like a champ each time we fire it up and battery length is amazing!

In the beginning it was lagging, the screen was skipping, but now it is running great. It is fast has big screen, and I am loving it. There are things they have to get used to when you switch from the Windows to a Mac. But overall it's one of the best investment I have ever made.

Was a little hesitant to buy an apple laptop due to the price. I must say I will probably never purchase any other brand for laptops/desktop. There is a little bit of a learning curve coming from windows but it has really neat features. Very innovative.

Love the battery life. It's just what I needed for school. I love the fact that I can sync my iPad and iPhone with my MacBook.

his one is a good MacBook air I have an 11inch. but it freezes but this one doesn't.
