this thing is lightening fasat, super light, looks great, very durable and i love the illuminated keyboard!

This has been my first mac laptop and it has not disappointed. My computer works good its fast, easy to use and the Battery last just about over 9 hours

I was a staunch supporter of PC and hated the thought of Mac for many years. After being so frustrated with Windows 8 and 10, I decided to finally try the Mac. I have had this Macbook Air for 2 years now and I am just as enthused about the computer as I was the day I bought it. I have had ZERO issues with it, it is just as fast as it was the day I bought it. I was going through PCs so fast that the cost is offset because I have bought this computer 2 years ago and will be using it for years to come, unlike a PC that I had to replace every 2 years, and that was really pushing it on how far they would last. I have completely transitioned into Mac and will never go back, the operating system is easy to master within a short window, it is much simpler than that of Windows. If you are looking for a computer for general use such as: email, document writing, power point, excel, internet searches, social media, school work, etc.. this is the computer for you. If you are an avid gamer, I don't know what to tell you because I am not. I have bought this for myself, my wife, and my mother. When I replace this laptop I will be upgrading to the pro version, and giving this to my kids.

Macbook Air, the most portable laptop in apple's product line. Never give me any disappointment for using over 3 weeks. I got 128SSD which is little small capacity. but purchased a 2T external hard drive for back up purpose. The OSX is super fast, i can open 5 big apps like photo, eclipse, dreamweaver, photoshop and word in 8 secs. the resolution is not as good as retina. but it is fair enough for a 13.3 inch diag size. love my bigger "Ipad" so much

This is my first time ever using a Mac and I must admit that I am enjoying the experience. Coming from a Dell laptop, I do have a huge learning curve but I really do love my Macbook air. I'm really enjoying the backlit keyboard and the thiness of the laptop itself. Just sleek all around.

The MacBook Air computer is easy to use. It is slim and lightweight. I don't have to worry about getting a virus. It is dependable and I love it.

I don't see Apple products on sale very often so had to purchase this laptop from Best Buy when this was offered. I love my lap top it's amazing I am glad I choose a Mac book again. It's great for an every day projects and for work. Great value for a high quality travel laptop that is super light with fantastic battery life.

As a high schooler I was given a MacBook Air to use for assignments and in class work. When I graduated I was on the market for a computer just as good as a MacBook but cheaper. I wasn't able to find a computer that won me over and I eventually caved in and decided to invest in an apple computer. These are by far the best investment you can make if you're someone who is always on your computer. The speed is incredible, everything looks sleek and is easy to understand and there are so many different things you can do on it. By far one of my best investments.

This MacBook Air has been wonderful! It's super fast and really user friendly and not to mention super light to carry!! So happy I purchased this!

This is my first Mac. I decided to fork over the extra cash because I was tired of having to constantly buy, upgrade and replaced regular PC's and laptops. First impression was AMAZING. Very lightweight and easy to use. I avoided purchasing Microsoft Office and elected to utilize Google apps that do essentially the same thing for free. I did have to download Adobe Flash for school but that has been the only program addition needed to date.

Super light and compact. Processing speed is fast but a bit light in the storage. Screen is bright and color is great even without retina display.

Very fast, much faster that my previous Lenovo windows 8/windows10 laptop that had much much higher specs. The SSD is super quick and more than enough space especially if you use google drive or dropbox for other files. I am a little jealous of people with Retina quality screens on the pros but the battery life is AMAZING and the portability is great. Also never have to deal with driver issues or bloatware like i constantly did on windows. so much more simple and efficient. I've used windows my whole life but don't see myself turning back now.

It's extremely light, fast and works wonders. It is very easy to use and if you've never had a Apple laptop or PC before it's very easy to learn.

It's better, faster, and priced cheaper compared to other stores. Convenient to carry around, no problems, fast charge, long lasting battery.

I have owned a MacMini for a number of years now and I decided to save up and get a MacBook Air. Waited for a sale price and got it at a good price. I researched all the reviews here first. Everyone likes it. It boots up really fast. Faster than any Windows laptops that I have seen, even faster than my MacMini or iphone. It is a little on the high price end, put worth it and the MacBooks retain their price value too. A good all purpose laptop that I will use for many years to come. Easy to setup and port my Apps from the mini over with iCloud.

I am very impressed with this laptop! It takes a little getting used to how the Mac book works because its different than the typical laptop, but now that I have the hang of it, I absolutely LOVE!! It runs great with good speed, great battery life, and the speakers sound great and are loud and the picture quality is flawless!! ANDD it's SUPER light and not clunky!!

I can't believe the speed and ease of use. If you have everything on a cloud backup you do not need a higher memory. This is the first computer I have owned with flash drive and it is much faster than my other computers that have more power.

This is great for my daughter who is in school and needs to do basic school work and basic video editing. For more involved editing and larger programs, I would choose a mac with more storage. This one is good for us though. It is very lightweight and slim, so it fits easily into a backpack or purse.

I have used Mac Minis & iMacs, but this is the first Air. It replaced a 10 year old Toshiba laptop that was taking about 2 minutes to boot. This Air boots in a few seconds. The screen is not Retina (it's still good), but there are trade offs if you want thin, light and long battery life. And that is what I was looking for. Very happy with the purchase.
