love this computer but....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love that it is so light, but a week after I had it, it froze up- I had already paid to change over data from my old computer- when I went back to Best Buy, they gave me a new computer, which was good. Here is the problem, while I was trouble shooting I was without a computer for a few days (prior to being told to return it) and this was a huge inconvenience. Best Buy did absolutely nothing in an apology and neither did Apple- and I own 3 apple products. Time, gas, money spent running around make me rethink going another product next time. Shouldn't some type of compensation been given to me?
