LOVE the new light weight! No place to put in CD's

The battery is also awesome, and I normally can work on it from school day without a charger. Well of course, only for typing and searching internet, not or movies

The MacBook Air is incredibly thin and powerful enough to do everything I need. I can start typing up stories and edit photos whenever I want without being burdened by a weighty laptop.

Would be perfection with retina
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We gave our daughter our MacBook Pro which was too heavy for my wife to carry around and use on the sofa. I have an IMac. We also have IPads and the large IPhone. This MacAir continues the excellent satisfaction we have had with Apple products. Going from retina IPads and phones is a disappointment. My wife is the primary user and loves it anyway. We would have considered the new MacBook 12 inch with retina. Given the price difference, and the fact that Best Buy has sales on the MacAir, but not on the MacBook 12' made the cost difference significant.
