The MacBook Air is the perfect computer if you're looking for a Mac but don't want to spend +1000 dollars on it, you make sacrifices like no disk drive for the reduction in cost but you gain a compact laptop that still has a lot of power to get your work done. It's a perfect compromise between size, power, and price (for an apple product)

The MacBook Air is a great compact, light laptop -- at a better price than the slightly smaller, lighter new MacBook. It also has all the ports you need, versus the new Macbook with only one mini USB port -- severely limiting the laptop capability of the newer model.

I got lucky to be able to pick up the laptop when it was on sale for $200 off the regular $999 price. To add icing to the cake, I had $100 worth of reward zone certificates. So, I got an amazing MacBook Air for $300 below the regular price. What made it even better is that it is still the latest model. It's fast and perfect for traveling!

I bought yet another Macbook Air 13' - It is an AMAZING computer, very light weight, fast for everyday task, and always looks good!!!! Unless you need a tougher machine for video and photo editing, it is not worth pay the extra money to get a Macbook Pro. LOVE IT!!!!

I've had the Macbook Air for almost a week. I had never used a Mac prior to the purchase. As comfortable as I was using a PC, I even had to ask how to use the Mac trackpad at the store because I didn't know how to open any of the apps. After watching several videos on Youtube from freepcclassesonline.com, I feel fairly confident in my ability to navigate the Mac. I like the commands and shortcuts that you can use to save precious time when working. I still have a lot to learn, but I believe that I will with time. I like how the Mac works so well with my iPhone and iPad and how it allows me to make video and audio Facetime calls. I also like the long battery life! It is great! I was surprised that there are certain apps that you can get on an iPhone or iPad that you can't get for the Mac in the Appstore (ex. Facebook). I would prefer to have the App for these sites rather than opening them in Safari or Chrome. Apps seem to work better for those of us who aren't used to using the trackpad because they do not require as much zooming and scrolling. Overall, I am very pleased and look forward to growing more comfortable using the Mac as I get more practice.

A poll of my Facebook friends overwhelming recommended Apple's newest product MacBook Air. I was skeptical and not interested in sitting with a book to learn how to type a professional letter. It has been extraordinarily easy to accomplish what used to be complicated tasks on other computers. The only thing I must say I am still getting used to is the height of the keys. They are lower and I have to remind myself they don't require much pressure, a light touch is also thats necessary. I did not grow up with, or learn computers, in school. Thus far, I have not had to ask someone considerably younger for advice or instruction. Each action asks you what you want to do. The new owner free store classes have made me comfortable, with what I thought would be interpreted as silly questions. I was thrilled to see many pre-retirement people like myself. Two months later I have just purchased a second computer for my spouse.

Purchased these two MacBook Air's for the kids 12 and 15. Wanted to get something in their hands to prepare for college. We replaced two Dell laptops which had reached the end of the line. Very pleased with the purchase and the girls like the ease of use.....
