I have an iMac and I wanted my next laptop to be able to communicate with the iMac, so I splurged on a MacBook Air. I don't run a bunch of programs on it - mainly use it for emailing and minor graphic design purposes, but it's fast, does its job, and the battery lasts forever. So far, I'm happy with the purchase.

My wife wanted a light weight computer to pay bills and play games on while sitting on the couch or waiting for an appointment. Has good battery life and easy to hold.

I purchased this as a gift, after owning one for myself for several months. This laptop has a great battery life and it super light. Also, this laptop has great accessories, like hard shell cases to protect it from scratches. Overall it's my favorite form factor for laptops and with Apple support it's first class.

Long battery life, very intuitive and lightweight.

Thin, light, sturdy enough for normal daily usage for a mobile worker or college student. The Macbook Air models have had great battery life, last all day with typical usage - this is even better now with the new Intel processors. Has enough of the most useful ports for external drives and video, so that you don't usually have to worry about extra adapters. The Macbook Air has gotten better with each new model - this is just about the best daily use small notebook that you can get.

My kids inherited my older MacBook Air...almost the exact same configuration. And I was toying with a different model...but I test drove the latest version at Best Buy and I could not beat the price point on such an amazing laptop. It's light, flawless, and fast. Booting takes no time and the performance is unreal.

Bought this when my HP wasn't working so well anymore and I'm so happy I did.. It's super light on my lap and doesn't get hot on the bottom. The Internet is very fast still trying to figure out the pages since the obviously don't have word but also very easy & anything I can't figure out Google has the answer.

I've been a Mac user for several years and recently switched from Pro to Air. Since I mostly use web-based apps (chrome, google drive, dropbox), I don't need a lot of space on my hard drive. The Air is perfect because it meets all my needs, is lightweight and fits in my purse, and was an affordable purchase on sale.

While I am not particularly tech savvy, this laptop is a dream! It is easy to use and it's look and feel is attractive. It makes me want to use my laptop more! I read many reviews before purchasing and I am glad that I did. I confirm everything that others say about the Apple Mac experience. It can't be beat!

Just purchased for my masters program and it didn't break my bank! It meets all my needs and I don't miss any of my Pro capabilities! Love the fact that it's lightening fast but lightweight enough that I can haul it to and from campus with ease! Purchased it online for pick up at Best Buy... great customer service!

I am very much into electronics and have always wanted to try a Mac. This is very easy to use and I think, the perfect size. I am in school online and this is working perfectly for my needs. I would highly recommend and will not go back to my HP.

My wife has a MacBook Pro so I wanted to get something different. The MacBook Air is really light and holds a longer battery life then my wife's laptop. Overall I'm pretty happy with the laptop!

our trust old iMac was ready to retire. After 7 years of continuous daily use, it suffered the dreaded black screen of death. (random display shut off). I purchased this MacBook Air as a replacement for my son to use for school/homework. Although it only has 128gb SSD drive, we find it to be enough for what it's main purpose was use for. School and Homework. I save all my files, photos, etc on a portable hard drive so it has not been an issue. Battery Life is excellent. screen brightness, lightweight... It's been great having this, that I purchased a second one for my younger son.

This is a great laptop. I have always used PC's but this transition was very simple. I had everything figured out on it within a day. It starts up within 15 seconds, shuts down just as quick.Battery life is great on it. The laptop is super slim sized and light. Overall does everything I need it to and more.

The MacBook Air has everything I need for personal and business use. The price was quite reasonable for a quality product. It is lightweight and easily portable.

I have an older MacBook Pro which works great, but I wanted something lightweight. This battery stays charged all day long and into the next. With my older Mac I need to charge it after several hours of use. I am very happy with the product.

This was to be my first laptop purchase after using a "Big MAC"( my nickname for a desk top MAC) for 5 years. Needed a portable unit to prep and run powerpoint presentations for a local museum I volunteer for. Reviewed the products and decided either the "Apple Store" or Best Buy would be my provider. Prices were very similar between sellers, and when the option of Apple service being purchased through Best Buy, and the location of the store, as well as the outstanding efforts by sales staff to get me exactly what I was looking for made the decision simple. I have always been VERY happy with Best Buy product lines and procedures in sales and service of what you sell. Of course, I'll be back for my next electronic purchase. As for the computer, it has been EXACTLY what I was seeking, and within the first month, after a hacker hit me with an eMail scam, I had to pursue assistance through the Apple product service agreement I purchased with the computer. Within 15 minutes on the telephone, the Apple Genius at the main area service center had my problem cleared up and I was back in business with no ill after effects. MACs have been said to be very user friendly, and indeed, this computer has talked me through setting up powerpoint projectors and presentations....things I had absolutely zero experience in doing before this purchase. MACs do cost a bit more than a PC, but from my experiences, the product is well worth the price.

I purchased the MacBook Air for its lite weight & very thin design and it did not disappoint. I don't feel like I'll need the bulkier memory and increased speed, so this was a more appropriate choice vs some of the more expensive apple laptops. Also, I got a $100 discount during a "4 hour sale" on Best Buy!

This computer is awesome.If you are a typical user or student this computer is super fast and the battery life is incredible 12 Hours!!!! And when it dies it will recharge in just a couple of hours. I highly recommend this computer. I bought one for me a while back and just picked this one up for my wife.

This is a great MacBook! It's easy to use, easy to get started using and functions very well. What's' more, there is a lot of standard software loaded, too; so, it makes getting started using it that much better.The battery life is exceptional and just turns on without any lag. No complaints just happiness.
