I bought it for my daughter who is in college and she carries it everywhere. It's small and light enough but big enough screen to work on school work for long period of time. I considered smalleronebut this is absolutely the right one for our purpose.

With the reputation of Apple there is little more to be said. I bought it mainly as a travel/grad school machine. I just returned from a conference which was my first chance to try it out. Perfect size and more than ample battery life. Excellent choice!

Bought this for my wife for her birthday as a replacement of her HP that was about at the end of it's life. She loves it, light, simple and it's an Apple that should at least last 5 years and it was priced just right as I got it on sell at Best Buy!

A Christmas gift for the wife which has been used every day for all tasks. She loves the screen size and the extra bit of battery life that comes with getting the larger screen. She is new to Mac and has had no problem grasping the operating system.

I had an Apple desktop (miss the large screen) but this laptop is fast, sleek, and can move from room to room which the desktop could not. Very happy with this laptop and would highly recommend.

I love how fast it turns on I no longer need to turn on my computer and leave the room to work on chores. I had originally gotten the 11.3 and went back for this one because I wanted it a little larger. This is by far the best computer I've ever owned.

My new mac is so easy to learn and use. I haven't used a Mac for a very long time. Wish it had the capability to swipe. So used to doing that with my phone, I keep touching the screen. Otherwise great! Very light and easy to handle and travel with.

Bought this to replace an old windows machine. Best decision I made. Has more power and features, lighter and more reliable than any Windows machine out there. I would recommend this to anyone I know. As they say once you go Mac you don't go Back....

I bought this macbook because my previous mac was approaching its end. I had my previous mac for almost 10 years, and I plan on having this one for just as long. This one is so much lighter, faster, more convenient, and just so much better. Love it!

The greatest thing about this MacBook is its thickness and weight! Awesome for travel and the screen is just the right size. The camera makes you look pale, but it works sufficiently for a video chat. It doesn't generate as much heat as other laptops.

I needed a computer desperately so I got this one, is perfect for a college student but if you need a more complex computer pay a few more bucks for the MacBook Pro. I topically used if for homework, papers calendars and web browsing! Is amazing

The Macbook Air is a great all around laptop. It is very portable and very powerful computer. The computer is good for everyday activities. If you need a computer for photoshop or video editing this computer is to weak for you. This computer is great for day to day activities.

It's really fast for it's specifications, I've had windows computers that had twice the hard drive and twice the processor, but wasn't nearly as fast. It's really a good deal for what you get.

This battery life on this machine is seriously impressive for a machine so small. The footprint is tiny and it lasts and lasts and lasts. It's also incredibly quiet. I've been using it for over 2 weeks now and I haven't heard a fan sound even once.

This is my first MacBook and I love it. I previously owned a Sony Vaio, which was a great laptop but too heavy to carry around campus. The MacBook is perfect in all ways. I would purchase another one tomorrow if we needed another pc in the house.
