I have had about 4 computers since my first laptop about 7 years ago and this one is by far the fastest and most convenient. I've had many of the top PC brands(Dell, Toshiba, etc.) that cost nearly as much as this one and I got much less for my buck. The macbook is super fast and worth every penny spent.

I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I debated between systems for over a year and tried to get by with a tablet. That didn't work very well. The Mac just made more sense. It was so easy to set up and is so easy to use. Very basic and great for someone who is not a computer expert. Incredible quality.

I have been an user of 11 Inch Macbook Air for last 4 years. The new 13 inch model is fast and best of all is the battery. There are many times, it shows that the battery would last for 16 to 18 hours. Thats just amazing... I love it. Everything else is just as perfect as it can be.. its from Apple after all.

We have been trying to get my mother in-law to replace her 8+ year old Toshiba laptop. We finally just went out and got her this Mac. For a lady that doesn't like change she has had nothing but praise for her new Mac. For someone who isn't tech savvy the Mac os is easier to navigate around than windows.

I'm a college student, and I decided to switch from a Dell to a MacBook. The weight of it is so light, making it easy to take it to class and study sessions. I would definitely recommend using your student discount too, or wait until it's at a sale price. I believe I got it for the cheapest I've seen it!

I went from a MacBook to the Air and LOVE IT!!!!!! So lightweight, fast and easy to use. I don't miss the cd/dvd drive like I thought I would because everything is downloadable these days...

So I finally talked my significant other to finally get me this laptop, and I'm in love. Almost all the laptops I bought over the span of 6 years have had a problem within the first couple of days but this is great. I use it to play the sims and it runs great no lag like with different computer brands

The MacBook Air is a great computer for anyone with basic needs who doesn't want a cheap computer that will wear out after a year or two. Amazing battery life (6-7 hours streaming 1080P video), awesome operating system with great apps that link to your iPhone very well, and extremely good build quality.

Became an Apple user a few years ago and have been very happy since. We purchased iPhones, iPads, MacBook Pro and now sending the kids off to college with the MacBook Air. It's very light and powers up so fast! The kids got used to using Apple products at school and this just seems to work well for them.

I have wasted money on windows computers in the past. I love my MacBook Air and will never buy another computer other than a MAC. They are so much easier to use and none of the problems you get with Windows. I love this product!!!!!!!!

There is very little that I can add to the other reviews other than to say that it is a Mac and thus we already expect it to be built exceptionally well. It is also the most stable laptop that I have ever owned. Because it is an Air, it is also extremely light and easily toted around in a briefcase.

I have never used an Apple laptop before, but I am never going back to PCs. They are so slow. I have always used software for virus protection, yet they still become slow. It is so frustrating when I am in class or a meeting and need my laptop on fast. This Macbook turns on like lighting. I love it!

This was the only thing my daughter wanted for her birthday. I did a ton of research and found that this was the best place to get it. With all of the backup help from the geek squad and knowledgeable employees I knew I would be ok. Getting the option to finance it was what put the cherry on top.

Fast enough for daily internet, email, and word processing/basic excel. Good size for regular usage/portability

purchased for my mom, i myself have a macbook pro, and recently purchased macbook air fir my wife, we love them both. Mine is 2 years old and performing like it was day 1. So we decided to purchase my mom a macbook air cause we know it will last and perform amazing! Great laptop especially for the price

I love the MacBook and when my Pro became obsolete I knew that I wanted the Air this time. I saw an online ad stating that the MacBook Air was on sale for $100 less than the identical one at the Apple Store, it was a done deal. Loved the service and speed of sale that I got 2 days before Christmas!

Best purchase I've made this year! I've kept the same outdated raggedy PC for years now and I am SO glad to finally have this beauty! As the child of a programmer for Microsoft I have to say Apple products are far better and more reliable.

I've always been a PC person, but considering I have an iphone & ipad it seemed like a no brainer to go with a mac. I love this computer its super fast and does everything I wanted my PC to do, just as good if not better.

I love this computer. I am a college student so it is perfect to take with to class and it handles my downloads very well. The battery lasts a couple days even when I use it for a couple hours each day. I wish I would have purchased this sooner so I wouldn't have wasted my money on so many other laptops.

I've always had PCs and this is the first Mac I've purchased. I still enjoyed how the PCs looked and operated (and the price tag!), but I got tired of the unreliability. You just don't know how long they are going to last, and I know Apple products are known for their endurance and wanted something to use for many years. So far, my Macbook Air has worked great. It gets at least 7 or 8 hours of battery life with multiple tabs open, and would probably get more than that. It also charges insanely fast which is nice. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase at Best Buy.
