I am just getting familiar with it, and so far love it. Very clear vivid screen, good sound, good keyboard. I think it has a big edge over other laptops.

Great entry-level Mac

She loves it and is using it with no issues. Only slight concern was no built in DVD drive, but we purchased an external one which works great.

Found the perfect laptop

Overall, a Great laptop

Ease of accessibility of functions and use. It does take time to learn how to adjust to Mac X iOS the compared to using the previous computers that has windows, but once I learned it, I've realized its way better

Just OK. Does not work as well as previous Macs.

I know it's free but it's a pain to install. 2. Migration of data from old Mac to new Mac did not work AT ALL. I had to make a support call just to get it to start. Then it ran for >2 days before crashing with NO data moved at all. Now I need to schedule a Genius Bar session.
