This is the best laptop for college! It’s expensive, but well worth the money! MacBooks last for years, don’t get viruses, have great battery life, are fast, are very light to carry around, and they have so many cool features. It’s especially a great laptop if you’re an education major, like me, and they’re also great for teachers!

It’s very light weight and great for every class I have. It works very fast and makes very easy to organize all my assignments.

It’s light weight and has a USB port!! Most new computers don’t come with USB ports but this one does! As well as other ports. I take it to school every day and I can hardly feel it’s there because it’s so light weight. Super fast and never crashes! Totally recommend for a college student!

I was looking for something easy to use for a college student, and this is great. It holds a charge, and is quick to learn.

I have actually got hooked on this MacBook. Some things are different on these than a Dell or Windows but I'm use to it now.

This is an overall great laptop, lots of Ram at 8gb and a great battery last 12 plus hours with heavy use. It's a small but the screen is large. It's very portable and with 2 USB ports it has a lot of functionality. Great for everyone. I'm new to Mac but it's easy to learn and makes a lot of sense when you get used to it.

Has all the key features vs. a MacBook Pro with a little better battery life. Everything about this is more than enough for a fair price. The screen, storage size, and ram/processor combo are all top notch compared with pc based competitors. I actually like the look a bit better than the pro version as well.

I got this for my middle schooler and it was very easy to get started with. The size and weight are great for her backpack

I’ve had my new Apple MacBook Air for 2 weeks and I absolutely LOVE everything about it! I chose to go with this model because it still has all the ports that I need without having to immediately buy an adapter. I also love the keyboard and the classic Apple logo that lights up when it is on. Everything about this laptop is fast, easy and intuitive. I purchased Office 365 subscription which was also easy to install and use immediately. I only got that for seamless work from my office Windows PC’s. On top of all the other positives about this purchase, Best Buy had everything from the laptop to the Office 365 at sale prices I could not find anywhere for less. Thank you Apple for such a great product & Thank you Best Buy for such great prices!!!

This laptop is easy to use. Being a former dell owner I was a bit hesitant and intimidated to start over with a mac. I have learned this technology more quickly than I expected. It's wonderful! Fast, lightweight and the lighted keyboard is a real bonus at night. So happy with this purchase!

Pros: The Mac book is light and works well with the entire connected apple system. Financially, is relatively the best route to eliminate barriers to entry when obtaining a Mac computer. Cons: The book’s screen is on the smaller side and data storage space is relatively limited. It has a 7th generation processor, which is basically dated compared to other models by competitors at this price point. Conclusion: For a student I would highly recommend this product due to the fact it still has plenty of processing power for office products and the standard user.

This computer is excellent! Very user friendly. It's super light-weight and easy to carry around from work to school, etc.

Everything I expected & a little better (mostly). I purchased this MacBookAir to replace my 2011 MacBookPro. I knew it would be lighter, but it was even lighter than expected & thinner. The speed is great for me. My only disappointment is that I did not notice the reduction in memory on the current base model (128gb) from my 2011 base model (500gb). Don’t know why Apple would cut the memory by almost 75%, but again the info was there so it’s on me for not noticing. So I purchased a neat lil external hard drive that integrates seamlessly with my MacBookAir & Airport backup.

We needed a reliable device for my son as he enters college. We had heard from several people on the Apple MacBook’s functionality and reliability. It was a easy process to purchase and setup. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this product. It is worth the money.
