The screen resolution is very low but expected on this model. Would not recommend now when can get new Airs for the same price and much better specs and screen. But this will last her years still.

My eldest daughter's computer was utilized her entire undergraduate and graduate years. She is still using it and it's worth the investment, lack of viruses and having the ability to get things worked on as needed!

Exactly what I needed

It got to the point where I could run about one program at a time, slowly. Very glad I bought the Air. It is more than fast enough to run programs like Photoshop without any sort of lag while other programs are open. Didn’t want to spend twice the amount to get a Pro and am glad I didn’t.
