I decided to go with a MacBook Air for my next computer purchase because I heard these laptops were reliable and easy to use. I think this is an understatement. I can use this computer all day without having to charge it as long as I do not put it on max brightness, it is great for video recording and editing for anyone looking to get started with that kind of stuff, and coming from a windows platform it was a little hard to get used to all of the different aspects, but once you do it makes going from one task to the next so much faster and more efficient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a basic tool for browsing and recording. If you need more space you can always get a larger memory or an external hard drive, because it does fill up fast if you want to record videos.

I decided to buy a MacBook Air after a few years of using my MacBook Pro. . I love the fact that it is so light to carry around. Its fast and pretty. I use my Mac air to travel, and my pro at home. Love it!

I wanted a laptop for general use (email, internet, some files), but did not want any issues with performance, bugs, annual licenses, learning a new OS, quality, etc. That goal was achieved with this MacBook Air! I have an iMac, so there was no learning curve and none of the issued mentioned above. This laptop does exactly what I want is highly recommended.

This is my first Mac product, and I'm so impressed with it! I bought it to upgrade from my ASUS laptop I've had for 5 years (also from Best Buy, had no major problems with), and have loved the ease of switching between programs and apps, speed, and available RAM. Super lightweight yet very sturdy and durable. Excellent battery life! I run the Spotify app continuously when I work on homework, etc, and have noticed the battery life is excellent since I bought this computer! Even with running Spotify most of the time, I can still get around 11-12 hours of battery life from this computer. Highly recommend!

I bought the MacBook Air during the student deal. I have yet to be disappointed in it! Very fast, lightweight, and has all of the capabilities needed for my school work. I'm told that the pages, numbers, and keynote documents can be saved in such a way that they are compatible with Microsoft. I haven't put the effort into figuring that out yet, but I'm confident it would be quite simple if I chose to do so. There are 2 spots for USB, which I appreciate as I like to use a mouse. However, the track pad is easy to use as well. I have an iPhone and I love the compatibility and easy flow between devices.

This MacBook is my first ever as I have been a PC user since my very first computer. I didn't understand the hype, but this computer is very agile, and it has been very simple to migrate from PC to Mac. I love how responsive the computer is, and it is very portable which was one of the main selling points as I use this computer for my mobile business.

My son needed a new laptop for school and the Mac is perfect for what he does. Not only can he use it for school but he's also very into 'music' and he can even use it to record his new 'tracks'. I love Apple products and I'm very familiar with the capabilities of the Mac because I have one for work. He loves it and we're happy with our purchase.

I was torn between which laptop to purchase after retiring as I needed something bigger than a tablet to do my personal work on but there were so many choices. I did some product reviews as I always do as I'm in my 60's and readily admit it can be hard to keep up with technology. I also talked with my daughter who has had a MacBook Air for the last 8ish years while completing nursing school. She encouraged me to give it a shot as I have an iPhone and she said that the two could mesh together easily and in a way I'd find helpful. I went to Best Buy and found a great salesperson who helped me better understand everything and away I went with a great buy. Now, after using it I'm really glad I made the decision as it works perfectly for me.
