Bought this for my son. High school requires a pc laptop or Mac. Decided to go for the MacBook and it was the best decision. Quality is superb, built to last.

I took a chance and bought this when it was on sale (after Apple officially discontinued it), it is still just as relevant. I have other Apple laptops but I've always wanted a 15.4 MBP model (space grey really is nice), and despite the butterfly keyboard which I am now accustomed to on other models I have. I could have gone with the newer 16' model that was just released, but this had such a good deal I couldn't refuse. I use it as a laptop or clamshell mode with an external monitor -- along with a slim external SSD drive for more storage. It's fast, sleek and the screen is crisp. Macs are not known for computer games, but I sometimes play the Sims 4 on it just fine as it's less intensive. Overall, It may be a little over powered for my usage (I really do any video/media editing etc), but it will be future proof. I am not a big fan of the touch bar, but I can live with it. Get this only if it's on a significant sale, if not, just get the newer 16' model.

This Mac does everything we need it to do. Day in and Day our. Never have to worry about viruses and it being to slow. This thing rips!

I have had my first macbook for three years and decided the family could use another and so I have no qualms of buying another and have not been disappointed.

Love the weight of this air book, I find this easier to fly with than my Mac book pro, less weight is alwAys a bonus when on trips

This is 3rd MacBook Air and. Works perfectly for daily basic laptop needs such as office, internet and not so storage. The battery last enough for most too.
